Apr 25th 2008 9:47PM while i agree with much of this.
PvE does require coordination, timing and the ability to get along with 24 other people.
I'm in a sunwell guild atm, and i must say that the fights there are a harder than a 2v2.
The same char has a pvp set with around 460res, i do enjoy PvP, i just like PvE much more.
Apr 12th 2008 2:15PM loot council is the only way to go.
my guild uses it and everyone is happy.
most by/hyjal guilds and up actually use loot council.
Apr 10th 2008 12:11PM and the afflictor, sorry your dead wrong about crit > haste.
also, i agree with you, where is the demo love?
Apr 10th 2008 12:06PM for destruction spec.
dmg/haste > crit.
crit/haste > dmg which is terribly wrong.
Apr 8th 2008 4:05PM no, they are not fair.
take a look at our first kalecgos kill.
see those drops?
Apr 5th 2008 11:01AM ill have you know, i'm making a attack power set for my warlock.
so far he has a shard of azzinoth and several other little trinkets, but it is hard to find good stuff since blizz made it less common to get of the bandit cloth items and such.
Mar 15th 2008 1:08PM it definately matters for my guild. It certainly wouldn't be fair for one server to not have the same chance at a world first as another.
and yes, we know who killed illidan and kael first.
Feb 28th 2008 12:06AM no, theres no need to nerf pve, this was meant to be a pvp nerf.
this prefectly balances it out, as in pvp, you willt ake a larger hit for tapping, like they wanted.
and in pve, it is pretty much unchanged with the top rank, that is you gain back the same mana, but the health loss is greater, which isnt too big a deal
Feb 27th 2008 11:49PM just testing how my acc works now, just got it =)
Feb 27th 2008 11:44PM the 20% to 20% life tap, is definately a buff to warlocks in PVE
at this time, i life tap for 1700 mana raid buffed, this will bring it up to 2000.
yea, i take 300 more dmg than i do now, but honeslty, when most hot ticks are overhealing you, 300dmg is no big deal.
