The Classifieds: News briefs on guilds and players {WoW}

Jan 13th 2010 3:18PM No Drama? No read Classifieds. How can you take the funniest part of the site and stop doing it?

Seriously, how many people care about what other guilds on servers we don't even play on are doing? I can see for recruitment purposes, but do I really read these articles to find out that Guild YYY beats boss ZZZ every wednesday? OF COURSE NOT. I want to see douchebag ninja's get their douchebag crap posted over the internet for everyone to laugh at. I want to see douchebag guildies robbing guild banks and having their douchebaggery exposed. I want screencaps of morons making wild and unrealistic threats when they get kicked from guilds.

Wow, EPIC FAIL ON NO DRAMA.

Breakfast Topic: What's your favorite quest? {WoW}

Feb 27th 2008 9:23AM By far my favorite quest is "Are We There, Yeti". I do it on every toon. I just find that chasing people around with a mechanical yeti is too funny. I can't stop laughing. I only wish the Mechanical Yeti reward had unlimited charges (I think it only has 3).

For TBC, I thought Ring of Blood was pretty fun. Its fast paced, no running around, no collecting, and some decent coin.

Breakfast Topic: Heroic PuGs from hell {WoW}

Feb 22nd 2008 9:55AM I find the biggest jerks in Heroic PuGs are the Kara+ geared people.

Yes, you heard that right, the problem with Heroic PuGs are the epic'd out raiders waiting for their raid to start.

Worst Heroic Pug I was ever in (Feral Druid, 13k+ hp (self buffed), 24k ac / 396 def + some resil from a pvp piece or two) was H Sethekk Halls. Three "scrubs (myself included)", two kara+ geared raiders, a hunter and a mage. Every single pull was a dps race between the hunter and the mage, so much so that they would dump SWStats output after every fight and argue about it. Once the dps race ensued, every fight became a "l2tank newb" because both of them dps'ing the same mob would overtake my threat in about 2 seconds. One feral druid tanking 3 (or more if the mage sheeped in swipe range) mobs cannot compete with 2 epic'd out dps classes for threat who open up the floodgates instantly. And somehow that was my fault. (Yes, I use Omen. I could literally watch the threat meter spike out of control less than 5 seconds after the pull.)

Take your epic PVE gear and shine your e-peen somewhere else.
