TUAW Responds: iPhone LoJack {TUAW.com}

Feb 21st 2008 5:37PM I kinda like the idea of having my phone call drop.io, recording whatever it hears, and giving me geolocation info along with some sound! Then I accidently leave my phone home by mistake and tune into my cats or something....

Breakfast Topic: WoW Background Music {WoW}

Aug 17th 2006 5:12PM I think some of the WoW music is dead on and enjoyable but its so repeativie that it gets lame. Years back I used to make cd's for listening to when I played EQ with my friends. I recorded a podcast about those tracks, where i got them, how the music triggered different ideas in my head and so forth. One hilarious note is that I renamed all the tracks after the moments in game I shared with friends. Anyways, I recently put this podcast together thinking about WoW music and overall just game music in general.. take a listen..

Theres a mix of tunes in there, ambient, anime soundtracks (worked in anime at the time) and even some WoW in the background at times...

The Rise of Blizzard {WoW}

Jun 7th 2006 10:45AM Solo game play. High tolerence for farmers. Easy questing. Raid if ya wanna dynamic. Good rewards. First game to really get PVP fun, though it always needs tweaking. Constant expansion, every other month announce 4 more servers kinda thing. Constantly revising classes, new updates, always staying in yer ear tellin ya soon yer class will get a revamp. Attention to detail in game, graphics, atmosphere, voices, audio, music, models. all of rode on the wings of word of mouth baby.. cant beat that.
