The Queue: Patch 4.3 Q&A -- The transmog edition {WoW}

Aug 22nd 2011 1:12PM It's really lame that you have to still have the old piece of gear to transform your current gear to it. Not to many of us save our old tear sets. I can understand that you can only transform your gear to the type of stuff your toon can wear. It would be nice if you can just go through a gear library and pick the look you want to transform your gear to.

Breakfast Topic: Do you play other games besides WoW? {WoW}

Mar 8th 2011 12:48PM I like many others like games like WOW but don't want to spend there whole entire adult lives playing it. There is more to life than going to work and then coming home to play a game. After over three years I suspended my account after getting one character to 85. I took a step back and looked at the situation. To get anywhere in WOW would be and endless grind. I like games but WOW takes way to much time. Also I am not a huge fan how of some of the more obsessed players are acting.

Right now I am not looking for another MMO. Going to take care of my career this year. What I would like to find is an MMO that is challenging but not a full time job to play. This being said I will probably never return to the World of Warcraft.

Breakfast Topic: Do you play other games besides WoW? {WoW}

Mar 7th 2011 9:01AM Since my career life is a lot more busy that usual this year and WOW being a time hog I have suspended my account. I am not sure when or if I am going to return.

I have noticed a lot of new games out there. I wouldn't mind finding a game as challenging as WOW but without the massive grind it has become in CATA.

Patch 4.0.3a, The Shattering, is up on the PTR {WoW}

Nov 17th 2010 2:42PM I am finding it hard to believe that they would introduce the new race combinations and capability to fly everywhere before Cat is release. I wouldn't be against it but wouldn't that take a way from the Cat release next month.

Breakfast Topic: Is WoW worth it when it's a full-time job? {WoW}

Jul 19th 2010 10:28AM I would honestly say playing wow full time isn't worth it. I do enjoy my life outside the game and I have a good career. Also I can say that playing wow 40 plus hours a week outside your job isn't physically healthy. Go out and enjoy life and stay in shape. All your going to gain in the Real World playing wow during all your free time is a big belly.

Mike Morhaime: Real names will not be required on official Blizzard forums {WoW}

Jul 9th 2010 1:52PM So many total suckers on here. Blizzard is selling your information to advertisers for more than than 14.99 per subscriber. That means they are making money off of selling your real name, email and home address. I think my WOW days are coming to an end even though they will still sell my information after I close my account. Hope you guys enjoy being food to the advertisers.

Mike Morhaime: Real names will not be required on official Blizzard forums {WoW}

Jul 9th 2010 1:23PM I wouldn't be in such a rush to celebrate. Bigger scams are still to come.

The Daily Quest: Gearscore {WoW}

Jun 16th 2010 2:39PM Gearscore is good if your a raid leader putting together a raid. It's good to see if they are ready for that raid of do they need to run a lower raid to get geared up. I don't think high level gear is a sign that the player is good. It only says you have the gear. I have seen plenty of 5500 or higher gearscore players who honestly totally suck. We were all once new to this game so it's childish to treat a new player badly. Some people in this game really need to grow up.

Breakfast Topic: I just bought a $25 imaginary horse {WoW}

Apr 19th 2010 10:28AM I am not going to waste my money on an imaginary mount. I would much rather spend that kind of money in the real world.

Update: Keylogger source identified {WoW}

Mar 1st 2010 11:19AM People should be more careful even though authenticators are a good too. I manually install the few addons I use and I get them from the same source. Also scanning it wouldn't hurt. Another thing to remember is that hackers come up with new ways to hack others all the time so being careful is always the best policy. Never let your guard down.
