Sep 17th 2008 1:34PM Fundamentally he's missing the point. WoW is a game. If your enjoyment of the game is linked to raiding and end game then remaining in a guild that is not dedicated to that end is somewhat pointless. Likewise if you're burned out on raiding and in a raid guild then staying in is likely to be less fun than switching to a more casual environment.
Loyalty to a guild is marvelous, but since wow is entertainment, it's not really feasible to stay in a guild that is not entertaining you.
Apr 25th 2008 2:39PM Honestly, all the old instances could do with a "heroic" remake. Given the amount of effort required to make them it seems a shame that places like RFD or BFD get maybe at most a couple runs per toon. Make a re-itemized re-balanced version for level 70 for each old instance, re-use all the models and such and you'd have 5x as many instances for maxed out toons to play in.

Feb 25th 2008 6:20PM The site does rely on folks updating. What we have in our guild is a few folks who are on early that we've asked to update the site after the daily reset so that the rest of us (mainly cubicle dwellers) can plan our evenings while at work.
As far as entering bogus data, that is currently possible however we will likely be using a reputation based system to allow folks who update correctly to override folks who enter incorrect data.
