Apr 16th 2010 4:33PM Ahhh those were the days! I too have been a balance druid since the game was released. Why? I don't know for sure, but I think it was always the versatility. I always saw myself as a gimp mage that can heal.
For anyone interested, here is the original talents when the game went live:
Those talents to not make me miss the old balance days, that's for sure lol.
On a side note, I'm really looking forward to the new Eclipse mechanic. It's sounds awesome! Also can't wait to throw exploding shrooms at everyone =)
Mar 18th 2008 11:49AM I play a balance druid as a main, so I'm slightly biased, but I don't really agree with the change. It's not a huge hit in the face or anything, but I wish they would reconsider. I'll make-do with it, but I don't like it.
I don't arena much, so I don't really know how it will affect that from my point of view, but cyclone is my savior is BG's (when I cast it, or cast on me even hehe). And it's also saved many healers in PvE, and for PvE's sake is the reason why I disagree with the change, not PvP.
Feb 29th 2008 4:05PM I like "The Single Minded Strategist"... the ones that that keep going to one spot to fight, because either they just want to farm honor, or they just want to kill something, even though their maybe anywhere from zero to two people guarding one of the other other flags and could easily take one over.
Feb 28th 2008 11:37AM I had always hoped that one day they would make on instance out of this... it could have been so cool =)
Feb 26th 2008 4:33PM I remember doing this a lot back when I was lvling my druid when the game first came out, and I did a ton of instances with friends.
Though, the one time that I kicked myself, I could tell we were going to wipe, so I threw my rez on the priest right before I died, he was like, "um, I was soul stoned." man I felt like such and idiot lol.
