Oct 14th 2009 6:37PM Aww, why do Aussies miss out on all the fun?

World of Warcraft: Cataclysm leaked by MMO-Champion {WoW}

Aug 15th 2009 9:33PM I'd actually play a human hunter cause it would make sense. We have human hunters in the real world so why not in Azeroth as well? Gnomes deserve a healing class as they're the only playable race that doesn't have a healing class. I think a human druid would be cool too as there are lore type stories where people turn into animals and whatnot. After all, mages turn things into animals so why can't THEY turn into animals too? They have the power to do so.

Breakfast Topic: Loving the class you hate {WoW}

Aug 11th 2009 8:20AM You know, I've rolled everything but a rogue and a warrior. Of all of the toons i love to hate it would be my priest. I have never really liked playing it much, but something is driving me to level her. I sometimes wonder if its because there's always something new around the corner or if the priest will get better with time. All my toons but a lone DK are alliance and I'd really like to try a rogue or perhaps(just maybe!) a warrior on the horde side :)

Priest Q&A Released {WoW}

Aug 3rd 2009 11:58PM I'm currently leveling a priest(she's 56 atm) and I'm so totally and thoroughly bored with her. I'm wondering if they in fact get better as I level up.
The Q&A didn't give me any warm fuzzy feelings that the priest will be awesome to play at end game....

WoW, Casually: Playing with your reading-age child {WoW}

Jul 29th 2009 8:26PM I'm a parent of 4 children, one of which who is 11 has shown great interest in playing (a BE of some class no less, i play alliance) . I have let him play on occasion and shown him the basics of the interface and what everything means and how to repair etc. He has fun killing things and running around but I haven't shown him how to talk in a chat window yet.
My almost 4 year old loves to jump on my PC while I'm afk and getting me killed, but he knows how to control a flying mount(x goes down, spacebar goes up) and can open the map and look for my body on it and follow the yellow arrow on the minimap. I'm not saying I would allow a 4 year old to play but I think its good to let them explore and run around. Afterall azeroth is a BIG wide world, just like our own :)

Breakfast Topic: On alts and patch planning {WoW}

Jul 24th 2009 12:12PM I've been working on my JC on my level 51 priest. I've just reach 320 tonight so I'm hoping to get her up to 60 and northrend JC level fairly soon. The JC coupled with my druids alch should make for some pretty sweet gems/gold :)

WRUP: When real life attacks {WoW}

Jul 18th 2009 10:03PM Finishing off getting my hunter's mining to 450, dailies on my lock and druid and maybe, just maybe, level my priest some more :)

Visually impaired players: The unseen inhabitants of Azeroth {WoW}

Jul 6th 2009 7:53PM I cannot believe the attitude of some people :/. Most of you have have had reasonable things to say about however. I believe WoW is quite possibly one of the most accommodating games for people with disabilities. The ability to completely customise your UI would help make way for an easier UI for visually impaired people. I'm hearing impaired, so rather than trying to deal with game sounds, I use visual cues via addons to tell me what is going on around me. I think, for those who are in guilds that raid, the key is to be honest with your raid leader and let them know you have a problem. It's not so much for them to give you special treatment, but to make them aware.

For me, being severely hearing impaired, my raid leaders know this and we use vent. I can use vent but often times I don't hear what is said so when it comes to assignment they generally type who I'm assigned to( i'm a healer so its usually raid healing).

I believe at this point, blizzard probably couldn't make it any easier for people with disabilities because you have hotkeys, you can completely remove the blizzard UI and insert your own, you can add addons suited to your needs :)

The real new Night Elf cat forms {WoW}

Jun 6th 2009 10:27PM I already have an NE druid but I've always wanted a tauren druid just for the sake of playing "both sides" of the game. Unfortunately for tauren, I couldn't ever get past the hideous cat form enough to level one. Perhaps after 3.2 playing a horde druid will be more awesome :D.

While blizzard are at it, they should make travel form different for the two factions.

Night Elf cat forms coming tomorrow {WoW}

Jun 3rd 2009 6:34PM I like Nelf kitty as it is, but it could definitely use some mroe polygons and a more polished finish on it. That said, I really hope they don't change it too much.
