That is actually a fantastic idea...
I could also imagine aswell, that the camera is above him panning down onto his face and as he does it, his lich king voice starting to fade into that of Arthas before finally accepting his death and again panning up to see the roof collapsing with obviously,
Jaina/Sylvanus/Tirion/Mograine etc leading the way out of the citadel.
Perhaps even after this you could have a short speech from each of the leaders saying how their mission their hard earnt victory has finally been won etc etc...

Oct 17th 2009 6:58AM Ok this is my take on things, effectively as the helmet comes off Arthas reaches desperately for it since it's the only thing he has left anymore, all his old life ties are destroyed, all of Ner'zhul within him is destroyed (the being who gave him purpose in the first place).
*SPOILERS*
Im sure quite a few of you have read Arthas:Rise of the Lich King, i keep saying this a thousand times but what it quite clearly states is that Nerzhul is DESTROYED and his older self/personality/good emotions are DESTROYED.
When Arthas destroys Matthias Lenher in the dream Nerzhul starts to Cackle manically saying: 'Yes Yes! Well done Arthas now together we are the lich king NO more Nerzhul, NO more Arthas only this glorious being(the Lich King)
From there Arthas SLAYS the Nerzhul stating: No there is no WE anymore there is only I, I am Arthas, I am the Lich king and I am ready...
Effectively this is meaning that Arthas is the only one in control anymore he has sacrificed everything to be Arthas with his title and power- The Lich King
Thus when he reaches for the helmet like i said before he is desperate to gain back that power he had sacrificed everything to achieve but obviously fails in the attempt.

Now to me your interpretation behind the Lich King is partially true, I agree with you up 2 a certain point in terms of their memories, power and evil etc but it clearly states that now ARTHAS is the "sole mind left". Arthas has now taken up the mantle of the old Lich King Ner'zhul. All through the book it implies how he has become something else entirely different from the old Prince Arthas (as evidenced when he kills the young boy within the dream).
My main evidence for this interpretation is when Ner'zhul says:
'We are one, Arthas together, we are the Lich King. No more Ner'zhul, no more Arthas - only this glorious being"
Now this to begin with when I first read it made me think yeah that is exactly what your saying, there is no Arthas or Ner'zhul but then how come ARTHAS then proceeds to slay Ner'zhul therefore contradicting what has happened only to say:
"No, No WE No one tells ME what to do, I've got everything I need from you. There is only I. I am the Lich King and I am ready" *Spirit Ner'zhul disappears*
Now this to me is clearly stating that Arthas has indeed got everything he needed from their "merging" and now has gotten rid of both his good self and Ner'zhul.
Know Your Lore: Malygos the Spellweaver {WoW}
Jul 31st 2008 7:40PM Thanks very much for this article it has cleaned alot of confusing doubts about exactly why Malygos is doing what hes doing. Like many villians: Arthas/Kael'thas Illidan he is doing what he believes is right and the purpose that was entrusted to him. However like the other villians hes taken the attitude of achieve this goal by an means neccesary, which is sad really considering he was one of the "better" dragons i admired. Hoping to see how this plotline resolves itself when Wrath Goes live.
Death Knights and racial bonuses {WoW}
Jul 14th 2008 9:12AM Without a doubt Orc, the huge benefit Blood Fury can be do overall DPS and general attack power is immense and since DK's don't really have any sort of healing effect the debuff from this racial is insignificant at best. Aswell as "Command" this boosts the damage for your ghouls by 5%- may not sound alot but im sure along with those nice dmg boosting Unholy talents, im sure it can come in very useful. And also like Eliah said Axe Spec- also just another good bonus.
WoW Moviewatch: The Blood Knight {WoW}
Feb 29th 2008 6:59PM I actually thought this was very good, especially for a first attempt, Definately make a longer one, maybe a lil bit more "plot" on 'Mu'ru' ( you hinted it there, maybe a lil more elaboration).
The Music suited it especially the 3rd track. But like what Censorman said a lil bit more editing in terms of constructing the audio, but i would say definately a thumbs up, keep it up!
