Aug 5th 2008 6:17PM The good folks at Elitist Jerks have often said PW:Shield being bad is a myth for tanks in raids. I don't know, and tanks don't like it so I don't do it, though I tend to believe that it's probably negligible, just like its mitigation. Reflective shield would generate threat on its own, though it's not like there are a ton of Disc Priests raiding to test it out.
Regardless, it seems like all of the talents we are seeing look like our bad guys are going to be really, really, bad.

Jul 31st 2008 3:57PM Shinwei is talking about how raids currently do it, not how it will be in the xpac.
Jul 31st 2008 11:45AM Yeah, yrc. I checked on an Ally toon I hadn't played since 2006 and he had his paltry HKs there still.
Jul 25th 2008 3:16PM I am taking the bar in 3 days, and Illidan knows exactly how ready I am.
Jul 23rd 2008 1:31PM Are you referring to the confusing BC Beta 41 point talents? Or the current, incredible 41 point talents for priests? Because I'm pretty sure that Vampiric Touch is the best raiding talent in the game, and CoH is one of the best. And the second(?) best healing spec for arenas has Pain Suppression.
Either way, let's hope it's a good comparison. Maybe it looks bad now, but will turn out to be great for mages when content matches it (CoH) or it's changed/tweaked like the other 2.
Jul 18th 2008 11:56AM Because your overall dps is much higher with swords? Just a thought.
Jul 18th 2008 11:47AM @ Linkage, then you aren't surviving/doing endgame content and are healing like a pally.
Jul 17th 2008 2:41PM Light Word: Life incoming, I would imagine for Pallys. Short CD, high mana, instant cast, medium heal.
