Oct 5th 2011 5:27PM I dunno. I always rather liked Darrowshire, and while it did require something like twenty people back at 60, it was a far cry from Ahn'Qiraj in difficulty.
Jun 12th 2011 12:52PM Nighthaven in Moonglade was originally the Night Elven capital.
Jan 5th 2011 6:44PM I'm kind of curious. We know that the Old Gods created the Curse of Flesh. So why are they returning stuff to non-cursed states? And for that matter, why do a lot of their servants seem to be non-cursed? (See Iron Dwarves).
Dec 23rd 2010 1:15PM Sorry. To clarify, since there isn't an edit button. Sometimes they're blue, sometimes they are red. Not flashing.
Dec 23rd 2010 1:13PM Why do archaeology dig sites seem to randomly flash between blue and red on the map?
Sep 26th 2010 4:24PM One thing I noticed for your second map: Your star point still isn't at the Twilight Highlands. Its up in the Eastern Kingdoms.
Also, there's presumably an Old God down in the ocean somewhere, who turned the night elves into naga.
And given the distance from Twilight Highlands, I'd put another Old God in Tirisfal as fairly likely still.
Jun 26th 2010 7:28PM "Look around you, brothers and sisters. Open your eyes! Look at what they have done to our kingdom!"
This is what annoys me the most about Varian. It doesn't matter who's Kingdom it is, whether it be the elves, dwarves, or Lordaeron, he views it as his, and bosses his allies around. And he gets away with it, because Blizzard wants a unifying leader for the Alliance. But the Alliance is just that, an Alliance between equal nations. They haven't pledged allegience to him like other races have in the Horde. Yet everyone feels fit to call him "their" king and take orders from him.
Apr 24th 2010 4:56PM Just to point out that trolls probably don't dislike the Forsaken as much as you pointed out:
"Shadow ascendants, obviously, are universally Forsaken.... The shadow-creatures they become resemble some shaman and voodoo spirits, though dark and uncontrollable... Some trolls revere those who complete their manifestations of true undeath as dark Loa spirits, and go out of their way to please ascendants."
Apr 14th 2010 6:31PM You mentioned "What happened to Watcher Tyr?"
I believe that Blizzard has hinted at General Vezax being a corrupted Tyr.
Apr 10th 2010 8:06PM I actually see one application in PvE for Outbreak. This is, admittedly, coming from the a view of the current system, so it should be taken with a grain of salt.
However, with current blood tanking, you can often go into a fight with two blood runes, and four death runes. As it is, if your group is AoE happy, you have to lay down Death and Decay to take immediate aggro. Which leaves you with One Blood, Two Death. Then you lay down diseases, which leaves you with One Blood. Then Pestilence, which leaves you with nothing.
With Outbreak, you can immediately apply disease, use pestilence, and then have two Death Runes to Blood Boil with, leading to more immediate aggro.
