Yes, the rating system was the entire cause of the drop in representation, I'm sure. It had absolutely nothing to do with the fact that equivalent raid gear became significantly easier to get in LK so the people who were just in arenas for the gear flocked to PvE.

Apr 29th 2010 4:50PM Dunno about WG, but I'd like to see them make PoH our 'primary' AE heal (make it ground-targeted, like a direct healing rain) while CoH gets a higher cooldown and mana cost but stronger effect and becomes our 'emergency' AE heal, rather than something we mindlessly press on cooldown.

Assuming 8 months from last major patch to expansion launch like with BC->LK, doing it in August like they did last year would mean a potential collision with the Cataclysm launch. Late October is enough time for the dust to have settled, assuming they make that launch window.
Nov 9th 2009 4:32PM He's thinking that the heirloom bonuses are multiplicative rather than additive, so the multiplier would be (1.0*1.1*1.1)=1.21 rather than (1.0+.1+.1)=1.2.
To my knowledge, the heirloom bonuses are additive as well as other experience mods besides rested (like the Wintergrasp buff,) while the rested bonus is multiplicative with experience gains after any other modifiers. I could be completely wrong on this, though.
