Blizzard's internal tools need an upgrade {WoW}
Mar 20th 2008 6:09PM To be honest with you I don't think that this is a problem with tools. I think this is a problem with this being designed as a PvE game and adding PvP to it. All of the battlegrounds have relevant horde vs alliance areas (exception being EotS). What would the new BG area be?
I think blizzard probably needs better tools to figure out the class balancing issues instead.
