anyway...you can't complain about this one achievement and overlook other ethically questionable areas of the game.
Feb 6th 2009 2:37PM Dear Blizzard,
Please end Arena's and focus your great development resources on PvE content. The majority of players are tired of patch after patch having our classes tweaked, tuned, nerfed, and buffed to appease the epeen-flexing PvP community. You designed this game for its PvE and story-telling abilities, I think it's time to get back to your roots.
Arena has ruined many aspects of this game.
Feb 3rd 2009 7:40PM PvP and Arenas are great, but it's unfortunate that these two aspects are being focused on heavily. I do not believe that the Arena system should continue much longer; it doesn't add anything to the game beyond simply displaying the size of one's epeen. If anything, it can take away from the story/game anytime they have to make significant changes to a class due to something in PvP. Battlegrounds make perfect sense, as it really opens up the struggle between the Horde and Alliance.
Personally, I'd like Arena's to have a "final" season where people can compete, get their welfare epics, and be done. Let's allow the developers to spend less time on Arena's and more time on new PvE content.
Dec 16th 2008 12:50PM To the posters that were commenting on the bad grammar and spelling of the article....please realize that that is simply a symptom of playing WoW too much. Just pay attention to how many times "you're/your" and "there/their/they're" are misused in trade chat. I'm surprised she didn't mix in "2" for "to/too".
Ah well...pretty soon PhD papers will have that ridiculous shorthand.
Jul 17th 2008 1:58PM It sounds exactly like the Deeds system from Lord of the Rings Online.
I can't wait though, should be a lot of fun!!
Jul 3rd 2008 5:01PM Zangarmarsh. I hate that zone and love it everytime I get an alt leveled past that.
Nagrand is probably the zone I'll miss, as it was a very nice zone to both look at and level in.
As for instances, Black Morass was such a change in pace and intensity as far as instances go, and that is probably one that I'll miss doing.
Mar 28th 2008 4:28PM Yea, the unfortunate reality is that the Alliance has always had a much easier time of defending their base than the Horde. The bridge leading into the Alliance base is the single best choke point on the entire map, especially due to the NPC's being able to shoot from the towers. All it takes is a small Alliance force constantly holding off the Horde here and that buys the Alliance enough time to win on offense.
Map inbalance? Sure. Horde advantages? Not really. The horde just knows how to play.
