Skill Mastery: Zombie Explosion! {WoW}

Oct 26th 2008 10:07AM I enjoy the zomby event alot. I think its awesome and heaps of fun.

But I also agree that it is griefing.

People keep arguing that "oh itll be over once wrath hits". What most people don't realise is that alot of players are trying to level characters to 70 before wrath hits to play then.

People affected have a real right to complain, of course blizzard won't change there mind. So maybe understand these people are just venting some rage and leave em be.

Fuck

WoW Moviewatch: Fruit of Elune {WoW}

Oct 18th 2008 12:56AM It wasn't that she expressed her pov, its that she went as far as linking to a very one sided DV support website and warning the video may be offensive, as well as spending half of her "review" talking about the DV part of it.

I have experience Domestic Violence, I know in real life a man beating his wife is not funny, but I also know that it isn't as one sided as a lot of women and the media like to portray.

And thats what angers me about this, suddenly we have this whole bunch of women up in arm and arguing this all because of one line in a video?

How about instead of a man beating his wife, we make it a wife getting drunk, insulting and antagonizing her husband, pushing him, trying to rile him up. Because that happens.

Would yous go to the same lengths? Would the OP of linked to website that pretty much claims all DV is caused by women. Would we have pages of posts by women agreeing its not funny and going on with some stupid wannabe feminist crap?

No, so just stop and lighten up about something that was never offensive to anyone.

Oct 18th 2008 12:39AM Overt Sexism???? LOL

One line in a video about panties for men that shows a funny take on a very stereotypical image?

Seriously, quit WoW, not the game for you if you get offended by this.

Oct 18th 2008 12:36AM Like has been said, if the video was "beat your husband wearing fruit of elune", not 1 of the women who have posted would have said a word about domestic violence. There would be no immature and stupid linking to domestic violence support websites or warnings that it may "offend some people".

Seriously its the internets! If you can't take a little humour that was never ment to be offensive then WoW really isnt the game for you.

You girls really need to lighten up and some of the writers on this site really need to get in touch with the WoW community, where even spamming "anal" is funny to some.

Noncombat pets bought before the patch not selling on the AH {WoW}

Oct 17th 2008 2:52PM No I'm angry at my wasted gametime because of my realms constant lag, dcs, not being able to login, characters stuck in BGs with more than a days wait time on a GM, random maintenance/restarts, my mounts and pets disappearing, the sudden imbalance and stupid imbalance in PvP (Ret Pallys) and not being able to sell the cards I had sitting around after cleaning 5 characters banks, All occurring after this unready patch.

To have someone in a position of some say in the WoW community claim that things don't need to be fixed because they're not important for them pisses me off.

Also at your other silly question, I play WoW because I really enjoy it and am really looking forward to Wrath.

Noncombat pets bought before the patch not selling on the AH {WoW}

Oct 17th 2008 2:38PM Wait.. So I should pay them to make a game and release new content, then be expected to test what I'm paying for?

Any other form of company that creates new products tests them rigorously before releasing them (they don't rely on there customers), and if there are any problems found with the problem later products are recalled to be fixed/replaced and the customer is reimbursed if necessary, not left hanging with a defective product for an unknown time while paying a monthly fee for it.

Oct 17th 2008 2:02PM woo I got 2 on that list!

Noncombat pets bought before the patch not selling on the AH {WoW}

Oct 17th 2008 1:47PM So Mike, because they fucked up so hard you don't expect them to fix every problem?

Every player should be emailing/calling/mailing/posting in the forums/ticketing GMs demanding that:

-EVERY problem caused by this unready patch be corrected.

-All items lost/unauctionable/broken in anyway be returned/reimbursed for.

-That all players are reimbursed their gametime for the time from the patch release to when every problem is fixed.

To just accept that "oh theres bigger problems so they're not accountable" is fucking retarded. Get your tongue out from Blizzard's orifices.
