Your complete lack of understanding the actual problem is why you got marked down. It's the people who had most of the event done this year that are having trouble, and are rightfully (albeit a bit hysterically at times) complaining that it's impossible for them to finish it until a hotfix happens.
Jan 25th 2009 9:51PM I've been using autobar for years, and I had gotten used to the buggy-ness ... sometimes my tradeskill button would just disappear. I could use it one minute, then I'd get some more cloth and need to turn them into bandages and the button would be gone... or even more irritating, the button that had my 2 hour flask would randomly be displaying the icon for my buff food, and I'd click it and whoops, complete and total waste of a flask. Little things like that - the buttons would be fine and perfect one minute, the next, they'd go all wrong. Sometimes adding custom categories and editing buttons works... and sometimes it just doesn't.
A few patches ago other issued popped up that I still haven't found a solution for. My mana gem charges count wouldn't display on a button, and I was unable to add it as a new button or custom button. So I had to put mana gems on a different action bar so I could see when I needed to re-conjure. When I bought a bunch of mounts for the achievement, autobar displays them all. Fifty mounts on a popup is crazy. So I disabled the mounts button and found another solution for that.
I really love this addon, but, coincidentally, today, I disabled it on my main, built my own bar with several macros and added a few new rings to oPie. It'll be somewhat of a pain to get used to after using auto-bar for so long, but at least I know if I put a button on my actionbar it's not going to randomly disappear in the middle of a raid and have me digging through my bags during a boss fight.
RIP, autobar :(

Nov 25th 2008 3:21PM "Therapy" implies you are getting better - disorders like these are never completely overcome (I have them), but marked improvement is possible. I'm not seeing that in this article.

12-14 hours a day is a little extreme. There are other, more healthy ways to bring social contact and purpose into the life of a person with a disability (volunteer work, support groups, etc). If it was 2-3 hours a day, I'd be all, "Good for him!" But 12-14 hours a day playing a video game feels like a crutch rather than part of a treatment plan.

Killing mobs? They hotfixed it so it wouldn't turn into bot-land. They would have rolled him back, too, if they didn't agree with this method.
Nov 4th 2008 11:55AM Mine did the same (pre-ordered/backordered/pre-ordered). I'm not ashamed to admit that I've been checking it every day for the last 2 weeks.
