Nov 23rd 2009 10:00AM I would love a cute kitten. :D
Nov 9th 2009 12:15PM I'm happy with the microtransactions (and bought both pets the day they were available, actually) as long as they're cosmetic and don't do anything game-altering. Having extra vanity pets isn't going to hurt anyone--they're just fun little pixels to follow you around. I would say that heirlooms are pushing the "game-altering" too far, but things like titles or dyes are purely cosmetic.
Oct 30th 2009 11:15AM I never considered swapping factions because of Garrosh. I hate the guy, but the Horde has to have SOME dissenters supporting the old guard.
Jun 2nd 2009 9:52PM Great article. I personally immediately loved the new cat models. I definitely would have preferred my female Tauren to have a female cat form, but I can live with it. Like you said, we're in a minority, and I'll just be happy to have a good-looking cat form, regardless of the gender.
Nov 20th 2008 3:14PM Most definitely leveling my professions before I level my DK. As soon as I got out of the starting areas I trained Herbalism/Inscription and have been spending a bit of time every day leveling it in rotation with leveling my Priest to 80. I'd hate to get to Outlands and then Northrend and have tasty herbs that I couldn't pick all because I was too impatient.
Jul 20th 2008 3:27PM I'm definitely excited for this change! It's always been frustrating to have a 375 Enchanter that can't help out my other characters. That and there have been times when it's impossible to find a willing Enchanter to toss something on even when I'm offering a big tip and already have the mats, so it'll be nice to have the AH to check for certain enchants.
Jul 10th 2008 5:27PM Some oldschool PvP action, for sure. I expect Hillsbrad would be a complete PvP-fest on all servers, and I miss the old days where you could always get some massive battles going on there.
Jul 5th 2008 8:12PM Agreed. They're a neat mount, but no way I'm paying more for one than I would for any other epic mount.
Jun 17th 2008 4:39PM Personally, I'm clearing out un-finished quests to get the extra gold. Also, I like having those 25 quest slots empty so I can do a full round of dailies when I can. I expect things to only get more expensive in the expansion, and having some extra cash lying around is going to be very useful. That and I prefer to take the scenic routes when leveling my characters, and I know that will be the case when I'm first leveling up in WotLK.
Jun 10th 2008 12:10PM I just hope they also add some haircuts. Some races have really really limited haircuts, and it'd be nice if they had a bunch added to them. When I look at the difference between a Troll's choices and a Blood Elf's, I think the Blood Elf has about twice as many options as a Troll does.
Personally, I notice hair and appearance, but not everyone does. Then again, a lot of my friends seem to be like me and turn off their helms to show off their faces/haircuts, even at high ends.
