Jul 20th 2008 10:06AM Although I play on a PvP server and was ganked many times while leveling, I find it more fun to help out the lowbie horde I see rather than kill them because I knew what a pain it was.
While grinding Netherwing rep doing Disrupting the Twilight Portal I was over by the edge of the world and saw an orc warrior. I waved at him and Fort buffed him with Mind Control. Then he proceeded to kill me! The next day I saw him looking for Netherwing Eggs on one of the floating rocks. Well, I Mind Control'd him again, buffed him again and threw his ass off the edge. :D
Jun 29th 2008 4:33PM This is all based off the "rosebud" in Battlefield 2.
It was one of the greatest inventions I've seen to date. Calling out "Medic" or "Incoming *location*" took me less than half a second.
I can see it's use in an FPS, but I'd be interested how applicable this will be. Good post nonetheless.
May 25th 2008 10:31AM I am Alliance in the Stormstrike battlegroup.
All I can say is that I went 2 for 14 on Thursday in WSG to finally get 30 marks. It took 7 hours.
It was the least fun I've had playing WoW since I started back in December.
That said, I like them all, but the horde on Stormstrike makes most of the BGs horrid unless you're ORG'd.
