Jul 16th 2009 8:30AM Given the fact that the patch hit the PTR around the first week July, and testing usually takes at least a month with major content (like this), I would guesstimate somehwere between the first and second week of August...but who knows?

I am too busy being a poor employee to make sure I am doing my job correctly..."

Plus being a programmer myself...I will say "sloppy programming" to make "dev tools" a usable class item by ordinary users....this is a relatively easy thing to put it in the code right from the start...

Plus just FYI, their in game help has been and probably is still outsourced to CS companies...as I personally know people who worked for those 3rd party entities in the past and did just that.....again this further demonstrates Blizzards lack of commitment to customer service to outsouce such duties...
