Oct 14th 2009 7:18AM On the up side Dragonage is due out the week before so sucks for you = great for them.
Oct 13th 2009 1:33AM Better than it was? Well yes slightly but better than complete shit is still not very good.
I’m of the opinion that blizzard has no one that actually plays a priest on their design team.
Oct 9th 2009 10:31PM I have fond memories of running around in Gnomeregan for hours “trying to hide how hopelessly lost I am from my girlfriend healer” and the desperate scrambles to kill the warning bots before they could tell on us.
Oct 9th 2009 9:37PM Because you are reported to be a pure damage class. Raid viability is all well and good but you are invited along to do damage. Especially with the demonic tree come on, it’s not about toping damage metres its about doing more damage than the dam tank!
Oct 9th 2009 1:13AM Quote" Currently the Decimation effect applies to "your next" Soul Fire. This specification of the next cast has gone which indicates that it will dissipate only after 10 seconds. What that means is if you land another Shadow Bolt, Incinerate or Soul Fire within 10 seconds you will maintain the buff. No more weaving." end quote.
Personally I think you are reading too much into the “on next cast” missing. A buff you say?
I say, Blizzard can’t afford to pay an editor to spell check their patch notes...
I hope you are in the right here but experience has proved that test & live realms are not the same thing and honestly warlocks just don’t get love from blizzard.
Oct 6th 2009 7:02AM I use the crit stone in raids or when you want to do AOE (our best) damage. The hatse stone is best when fighting against single targets.
Oct 3rd 2009 4:35AM quote" (Seriously, I'm kind of tired of Spell Reflect not working on spells.)"
I feel your pain.
Sep 30th 2009 11:55PM Warriors can struggle in PVE if they are not the tank, DW helps. Personally I don’t believe I am getting extra rage/ white damage (perhaps a little). I like it for the control i.e. DW gives me steady rage that I can then use whenever my cool-downs allow and I don’t have to wait for a big two-handed hit to full up my bar. Two-handed Arms also (in my experiences) requires good response timing on your cool-downs (like Pummels) and high lag will rape your overall DPS much more than on a DW build. Sorry to sound condescending (unintentional) but I can see people reading this articles' recommended specs and then wondering why they can’t make the numbers work for them.
Sep 30th 2009 11:15AM Yes there are DW Arms players with “any form of measurable success”.
Hardly because what you lose from having two smaller weapons is made up for with steady rage (into damage) ratios especially in high lag situations. Most PVE Arms use a two-handed but don’t assume.
Sep 30th 2009 1:40AM Nice article but you forgot to mention that most of the advise you give here assumes a single weapon and that the arms warrior is not dual wielding their weapons.
