Switching to a left handed mouse
Using the number pad for movement
Keybinding some crucial functions near numberpad
(i.e. throuw is 0, mount is /, etc, + is someting else important, enter still opens the chat box)
using the left hand for 1-6, qwert, asdf and alt/control
your mouse can become almost obsolte (used for camera movement mostly)

NEVER buy recipes off the auction house (until you check a resource to see where to buy it). I can't tell you how many times I've sold Small Brilliant fish for 50 silver (it costs a few copper and is unlimited supply at a vendor in the city).
