Dec 26th 2008 9:05PM It's pretty refreshing to see WoW's models being put through new paces. Really infuses them with new life and shows just how static and boring the same old in-game animations really are.
It's pretty obvious that the creator is at the very least an animation professional behind a pseudonym...or at least I'm having a VERY hard time believing that this is hobbyist's work (no offense meant to hobbyists!).
Thanks, Percula, for taking the time to make something like this. I think you knew people would love it...and they do. And I do. It's really a beautiful piece of work. :) Thanks again (and oh god, please make more!).

Oct 16th 2008 2:11AM Indeed! Very helpful post.
I would kill to have Bongos back, though...or something which has functionality just like it. Dominos (and pretty much any other bar mod I've tried) just isn't winning my heart.
Auctioneer Suite can bite me too. I want my Classic version for WotLK!! :(
Sep 11th 2008 3:49PM Wow, never thought I'd see the day. Definitely thought that Blizzard was going to stick to their guns on this one. I agreed with the reasons Blizz gave to justify the no-transfer rule. It was entirely right and fair that those who want to enjoy easy ganking on their high-level characters would have to themselves take their own hard knocks on the way up to level cap!
But to be honest, I can't make myself nerdrage over this all too much, since I stick almost exclusively to PvE servers.
Funny to me, though, is how this change of course goes through not long after I managed to ding 61 on my first real PvP toon. I wanted to see if I, a habitual carebear, could actually manage to survive a PvP server from 1 to 70 -- so far, so good. To be quite frank, it's been a stressful, sometimes frustrating, paranoia-riddled adventure, but the experience has been valuable...and at least I can feel good that I did it the right way. :)
Aug 13th 2008 4:49AM My secret to enjoying battlegrounds -- if I'm not going into one with a premade -- is to turn OFF the inanity that is BG chat. This spares me the annoyance of all the usual whining from the inevitable bitchy gear snobs, loudmouthed trolls, sore losers, wanna-be BG generals and the discouraging "let's just lose fast and get it over with" people.
With all the noise shut off, I can then concentrate so much better on doing the best I can to help my side succeed instead of feeling that I want to stab my factionmates in their eyes repeatedly with a sharp stick.
And yes, some good, fast music and booze always helps BG play, too. Oh yes.
Jul 30th 2008 10:57AM Of course purple and orange go together, and quite well in fact! Think Mardi Gras colors!
IMO, brown plus, say, blue or pink (or any other vivid color) has to be THE most vomitous color combo ever. D:
Jul 16th 2008 11:40AM Aw, I was expecting his wings to have the same groovy hypnotic subtly-waving movement that the "real" Tyrael has. Too bad!
Jul 16th 2008 2:59AM Just to warn you people; don't bother reading that thread beyond the OP. What a festering pit of idiots.
The WoW forums. Can't live with 'em, can't nuke 'em from orbit. :(
Jul 15th 2008 12:55AM Man, these definitely are taking their sweet time getting to people. I ordered two on June 30...and just got it today (July 14) via regular mail. I was starting to get worried there for a day or three.
The association process is quick and painless and the thing works perfectly. Thanks Blizz for making these...now make more for everyone else!!
Jul 14th 2008 7:31PM Eh. Gold is so easy to make now that I didn't bother stalling...got right to 40 (on a new server re-roll, even) and bought the mount. Ain't no big deal. :)
