Aug 17th 2011 5:22PM Thanks for the roundup, this is looking really cool. All these videos on one page are killing my crappy computer though.
FYI it says ModNation Racers above the golf video.

I was worried about this too, much AVGN
Jul 4th 2011 4:03AM I got all my stuff just fine, a week or two ago. That being said, I can see why people are a little upset. The Sony site itself said that it would be available "through July 3rd".
Through July 3rd means it *should* expire July 3rd, 11:59 pm, Not a full 24 hours before that. I could see a point in this "quitcherbitchin" mentality if these people had waited until the last hour for their time zone, but found out that Sony was going off of Eastern time and they missed it because of that. However, waiting to the last day is a valid thing for them to do, and they kind of got screwed. Sony could've been a lot more clear about which day would be the last day this stuff would be available.
Jun 25th 2011 5:00PM I think I was one of the few people who actually liked the game originally. I have reservations about this version though. A quick glance at the Game Info page on the official site reveals quite a few instances of engrish. Hopefully the people who translated the game are a lot better than the people who made the site.
Jun 22nd 2011 11:17AM If you like that video you should check out 3D Dot Game Heroes, it looks almost the same.

But will it have blast processing?
Jun 7th 2011 6:03PM @Johnnynumber5 is powered by cell
How does this work if it's going to be backwards compatible with Wii games?

The use of addicting in this article is fine. Addictive is always used as an adjective:
This soda is very addictive.
However, addicting can be used as a verb or an adjective:
This soda is addicting me to its delicious flavor. (transitive verb)
This soda is very addicting. (present participle adjective)
It's safer to just use addictive in this case though, so people don't start calling you out about it.

Normally I do only buy things on sale through Steam.
However, this time, my options were:
1. Buy it now at full price so I can play it.
2. Wait anywhere between 1 and 365+ days for it to go on sale, then buy it.
As it was just released a few months ago, I had to assume it wasn't ripe for a sale. Guess I lost on that gamble. Before anyone asks, I only use Steam for my digital game purchases, so the other sites are out. Amazon had a cheaper SE, but no deals on the CE at the time. Plus I hate waiting a week to get my purchase delivered.
May 20th 2011 11:07AM Crap I just bought the CE like 5 days ago at full price on Steam. :(
