Totem Talk: Enhancing your gear in only four dungeons {WoW}

Aug 29th 2010 10:42AM So I went through the long process of typing up a huge response, complete with tons of links to different pieces of gear, and then I realized that I can't add more than 1 URL. So, here's one URL!

Basically it's a list of all of the relevant items purchasable with Triumph emblems for Enh Shamans. I also discuss the problem of Expertise (most notably that, while the article states that the top priority is hitting the Expertise cap, there isn't a single piece of gear on the list above that has Expertise on it) and list some possible solutions. Hope you guys enjoy it!

WM Match Tracker on the iPhone tracks your WoW Minis matches {WoW}

Jul 10th 2009 3:38PM I am very interested in WoW-related iPhone app development (I'm not a player of the Mini's so this specific app isn't for me). My guess is that we're really only going to see truly useful WoW-related apps directly from Blizzard. My dream app is definitely an Auction House + Mail app. It'd obviously introduce functionality that has since been completely absent from the game (like, in my dream version, I could log my character out anywhere, be out and about, and just check the AH from anywhere. While in-game, my character's just in an Inn somewhere. This might breakdown some form of RP mechanic, but eh. That's kind of trivial when you think of the benefits).

I don't know if it will ever happen, but if it does, I will be first in line to grab it.

Ask Engadget: What's the best 40- to 50-inch HDTV with PC inputs? {Engadget}

May 8th 2008 7:01PM Personally I'd go with a 47" Westinghouse 1080p LCD (Westinghouse LVM-47w1 - My roommate uses a 37" 1080p LCD as his primary computer monitor and has never had a problem with it. Connects beautifully with either DVI or HDMI and it's pretty much plug-and-play.

I've seen this display on sale for around $1200. So if you're ready to throw down $2500, I'd get this display and spend the rest on some nice home theater audio gear.
