Mountain Dew Game Fuel website revealed, counting down {WoW}

May 6th 2009 11:29PM I've avoided MTN Dew every since I heard that is contains Brominated vegetable oil, if you don't know what bromine is, have a read:

and (lists the ingredients of MTN dew)

This is an exciting promotion but I feel that consumers should be made aware of this stuff. Especially since there are possible health effects that can occur with long term and constant consumption.

Hi, my name is mandy* {WoW}

Dec 19th 2008 3:30PM epic post is epic, well said! bravo!
I agree wholeheartedly, I once explained to my very first guild, who i was an officer of, something very similar. You never know who's on the other side of the mic/screen/car window. In our case it happened to be an issue which chased off a very good pair of guildies, because of offensive sexist remarks. This was semi unique case as the couple were gay (but only open to close friends) and the remarks coming out of people often made my wife and I ashamed to be a part of this "hetero" crowd.

People everywhere seem to be getting this point of not caring about anyone else but themselves, you see it in game, around work and in traffic, where it can be really dangerous. Alas, I don't think much can be done to wake people up, although it doesn't hurt to try. With the new Hodir dailies I often randomly invite people to group that are aiming for the same mob I was, and often we complete the daily much faster and with less frustration. Sure it's fun to tell the newbs that the Lexicon of Power is in Silithus, but if you instead help someone instead of have fun at their expense, you could spread something to benefit everyone.

err, here's the soapbox back, sorry about that =x

Wrath 101: PvP welfare gear {WoW}

Dec 18th 2008 10:50PM roflmfao @ mitch.

I play a game to have fun, if you are evaluating/working this game and seeing such terms as communism, you might need to take a break. I pay my monthly fee and paid for my game, plus expacs (twice over, because my wife needed copies too =). Why should my game experience be lesser, even though I paid the same money?

Wrath 101: PvP welfare gear {WoW}

Dec 18th 2008 7:24PM fyi that welfare term is probably the biggest reason why Blizzard has done away with spending so much time on high-end raids. I find that welfare term offensive myself. Why should I not get good gear because I have responsibilities like a job and family to take care of. Sure I wish I could play WoW 16 hours a day, but until I win the lottery it isn't going to happen.

Feral staves no more in patch 3.0.8 {WoW}

Dec 14th 2008 1:20PM Keep stirring the pot and it'll eventually just be a big sloppy gray goo.
Those massive numbers are one of the reason I enjoy playing a feral druid. To me this seems like a huge nerf, even though I probably won't notice the difference. Well except when I see another class carrying what used to be a druid stick.

In exchange I'd like to know when the new flavors of bear and cat are coming, I'm enjoying Wrath, but where are the new dances that were mentioned?

World of Warcraft PTR 3.0.8 Patch notes {WoW}

Dec 13th 2008 4:22AM I don't have cow toon, but I have been thinking this was unfair for a long time - glad to see it come along. I was hoping for something interesting though, like a riding pot to make them small enough to ride a regular mount, or extra mounts that come in XL, for taurens only though =o
