Oct 6th 2011 11:50AM Well, if this is restricted to one server then it's not a problem. The problem in WoW came from being joined with players you can't communicate with outside of the dungeon.
Everyone always complains about the bad attitudes you experience there, but what about the people you meet that you actually like?! You can't communicate with them outside of it. And the likely hood of you seeing them again is slim to none.

You feel sorry for them because they have to do their jobs? God forbid.
Aug 29th 2011 11:02AM @(Unverified) Are you really trying to say SWG didn't do as well as WoW because it's complicated? The games didn't even release around the same time.
You know if WoW like game play is the only way for this genre to survive I may stop playing MMOs...

Why don't players that like to fight stuff just buy a sword and swing it in real life? Why don't people that like playing mages just learn magic in real life?
Jul 21st 2011 11:50AM @xenothaulus
I have to ask, why is it ridiculous? I'm not inharently defending TOR I'm just curious. Console gamers have been paying 60 dollars for years now. We have been seeing 60 dollar PC games for sometime now also.
Secondly why does it insult you more that it's a MMO? Do you expect them to be cheaper then other PC games? I don't know why people expected this game to be b2p or f2p. Blizzard has proven p2p is by far the most profitable system.
Jul 19th 2011 9:50AM So no reference to betacake at all?
May 31st 2011 3:05PM Cash shop in a subscription based MMO? No way José.
Apr 7th 2011 8:20PM I hope I'm not the only that thinks this, but you should get PVP gear from PVP content. PVE gear from PVE content.
Mar 29th 2011 12:05PM I'm guessing you've never used the website else then /b/ also. Well let me inform you. It's by far one of the only places on the internet without a complete bias. The /v/ can actually be a great place to discuss video game including WoW.
