I'm not too sure it would be a bright idea to release the patch the same day as major MMO release. Of course, it could be a good way to sway people from going to play another MMO(possible midnight sales), but Blizzard could possibly recieve a bad reception for doing something like that.
Then again, marketwise it could be a good idea.
Aug 25th 2008 9:19PM I think there's a fairly understandable reason why they wouldn't add Death Knights, however I could be wrong, in that players without the WOTLK expansion registered to their name cannot create Death Knights.
However I guess they could do a kind of lockout policy if they implement Death Knights before the expansion, something along the lines of not having the login button available for the player's Death Knight until they have the account registered under their name.

I started on an alliance alt(my horde is a main) on proudmoore, from scratch. Currently at level 36 I'm sitting on around about 300g(thanks to 113g from Feet of the Lynx). The extra was made from selling skinning and mining pickups, It's rediculously easy to make cash, you just need to know how
Jul 3rd 2008 10:40PM You've gotta be kidding. I have 100% confidence they are not going to release it tonight.
Jun 14th 2008 1:34AM You just have to stop, look around, and think, "Where am I going to be in 5 years on my toon after I have raided, got the best arena gear, reached the top of my server, etc", or "Where am I going to be after all those 6-7 hours nights to myself could have been better spent studying for the exam I failed, or going out and finding myself some great chick, or getting hammered at some party with mates, or setting myself up financially and socially for the future".
Thats all I'm going to say, obviously common sense will prevail and you will realise I am talking about those who have none of these problems. The number of 17-24 year olds who give up their future for something, while fun, will not gain them any physical real life benefits. At the current Tafe College (an Austalian alternate to University) I am at, we have a select few In our class we like to refer as WoW Nerds. No it's not nice, but they earned the name. These guys will rock up to class, discuss strategies from the night before, talk about WoW related things, then leave the class 3 hours later after doing no work.
These are the same people, who last week, rocked up to class and questioned why they recieved 7/50 for their test.
Everything in Moderation, i believe the term is, needs to be followed for everything, including TV, Gambling, Partying, Sex, Porn, and PC Gaming.
You just have to set your priorities first.
May 29th 2008 12:37AM One more thing that usually helps with tanking is to always look around to see how everyone else is going. An enemy that split off, an enemy agroed from a passing pat, things like that can be missed when you are too focused on a single target. I usually chuck a whole lot of sunders on all enemys, then just taunt and use aggro skills, interruption, etc. It gets more complicated down the line, but remember to mix and match, and to not forget your backup skills, Ive lost count of how many times Last Stand has saved my ass
May 16th 2008 2:49AM I dunno about you guys, but i laughed vhard when i saw "Valliance". Cmon, you've got to be kidding me. Could they really be so lazy as to go hire some 3 year olds, put them in a group and go "Ok kids, what shall we call out new alliance town?" "Ummmmm, vaaalaiance? "Excellent, put an extra letter at the start of alliance, why didnt i think of that!"
