Apr 22nd 2011 6:06PM I transferred servers back in September and was forced to change my rogue's name to something I really didn't like... a few months later, on a whim, I looked the name up on the armory to find it was a level 10 toon that hadn't been logged in for 3-4 months.
I opened a ticket and requested to have the name back and Blizz changed it for me for free.

Apr 7th 2011 4:58PM So the classes that already get instant queues are going to get rewarded for queueing, while the rest of us that are DPS are still waiting 30-40 minutes to get into a group.
Yeah, this will reduce my Hunter's queue times....
