Mar 28th 2012 6:04PM I came to the conclusion last night that it's probably best to throw in Revealing Strike relatively early, like at 0-2 CP, so you always have it up for an Eviscerate and aren't tempted to waste energy and a CP when you're at 5 CP. Is that right?
Mar 26th 2012 5:09PM It's not Azshara that Murozond is fighting, it's her flunkies. That's the key.
Remember, Azshara sits doing her nails and is invulnerable during the fight, as it's beneath her. So, Murozond has to just interrupt her Total Obedience, and he's golden.
Because the mages in her court? They're like every idiot you've ever grouped with who couldn't actually get out of the fire or get the interrupt or switch to the add. Literally, they're watching their meters, because they're sure having the highest dps will impress the queen.
Mar 23rd 2012 4:18PM Mostly that property rights end at death, mainly. That, and the Forsaken are a splinter group of the Scourge, and still espouse most of the same xenocidal agenda.
Strictly speaking, they hold dominion over the lands of Lordaeron by right of conquest. That, however, is still contested by remaining elements of Lordaeranian military, as represented by the Scarlet Crusade (albeit one now firmly subverted by the Burning Legion).
Interestingly, the Argent Crusade is also a remnant of the military of Lordaeron, and exerts de facto sovereignty over EPL, and good chunks of WPL as well. They could well claim to be the rightful state of Lordaeron. Of course, they'll have to seize it, too.
Mar 18th 2012 3:58PM @Rothide:
There's a difference between World PVP and having a town actually destroyed in-game. A rather large one, in fact.
Last time I looked, not only was no one actually doing raids on Tarren Mill any more, but they remodeled, and not in a "city burnt to ashes, piles of burnt Forsaken bones everywhere" sort of theme.
Mar 18th 2012 2:41PM Well, remember that Alliance isn't allowed to be angered by anything the Horde does this expansion. They *should* do something sensible, like sacking Tarren Mill and incinerating all the Forsaken inhabitants, before moving west to link up with the Gilnean resistance.
Instead, we put a settlement in Western Plaguelands, practically on the doorstep of Undercity, out of range of supply or support.
Mar 16th 2012 5:38PM Yeah, there is literally no way for them to answer that in a helpful manner. Truly, silence is golden.
Mar 16th 2012 3:08PM ...did anyone else suddenly have Yoda's quote from Phantom Menace pop in their head on reading the main/off- dynamic thing?
"Always two there are, master and apprentice."
Mar 15th 2012 3:50PM The very first addon I got was Gatherer, as I went mining / skinning to start.
Most of my addons tend to give more information rather than change things around, like Gatherer or AtlasLoot or Recount. Otherwise, I use the stock ui.
Mar 15th 2012 2:50PM For a person who's truly new to gaming, I suspect that telling them to get an addon just so they don't have to think about selling things is going to, ahem, not be well-received.
Mar 15th 2012 12:29PM I figure I'll be irritated about having a crown lengthening at 9 am that morning interrupting my reading.
