May 12th 2011 10:30AM The whole Kerristrasza questline. You free her and the next thing you know, you are an accomplice in killing and mutilating Malygos' wife. Then you watch in horror as Kerristrasza revels in her depravity.
Then Malygos shows up and announces that he is going to brainwash and rape Kerristrasza. I felt sick to my stomach after that. It's one thing to have moral ambiguity, quite another to force the player to watch as a classic character becomes a monster after you perform some seriously messed up tasks.
It didn't help that this was after the infamous "torture this guy!" "But I'm a priest, I can just use telepathy!" "No! You have to do it like a worthless mage!" quest. I ended up with a really low opinion of the Kirin Tor and friends after Coldarra.
May 10th 2011 11:05AM The eternal struggle of Red vs Blue. I would kill my own minions for this.
Then again, I killed a dozen of them last week for an icecream cone...
Mar 14th 2011 5:21PM This is gonna beat out being able to open clams while mounted as the single greatest improvement ever patched into the game.
Dec 28th 2010 11:42AM How can people be bored with the content exactly 3 weeks after the the expansion went live?
Dec 4th 2010 10:43AM Man, I'd hate to have a warlock. Imagine how many armor sets they must have in their banks. Dear Blizzard, give warlocks a break! Stop making cool armor for them!
Nov 9th 2010 11:52AM Seeing as how professions weren't really implemented until very recently, it would have been VERY difficult for Basil to get the information sooner. I'm pretty sure you need 525 engineering to build a time machine anyways. Also 550 for the enchanter's scrying glass.
Nov 5th 2010 2:44PM It takes nearly the same amount of time to do that than it would take to just run to Aerie Peak. Or Refugee Point or Chillwind Camp. Now if they somehow grabbed you and tossed you into Silverpine, THEN you'd be screwed.
Oct 31st 2010 12:27PM So what's it like playing WoW on dial-up? Is it possible to quest and raid Molten Core?
Oct 27th 2010 10:50AM I swear, Wow.com has the prettiest boys in blogging. Now we just need to find a blog with some manly geeks and make the two wrestle.
Oct 12th 2010 1:29PM "Resizing the game window while in windowed mode makes bodies of water disappear in game."
Oh goody, I've always wanted a way to trigger this in Stranglethorne Vale. The coral forests are so alien-looking when there's no water.
