I made some modifications: Used Italian Seasoning Breadcrumbs and breaded the chicken twice (egg, bread, egg bread).
My boyfriend said it was the best chicken that I've made in a long time. Which is great because I've been looking for a way to revamp my chicken! I can't wait until next weeks!
