Oct 27th 2008 1:22PM How many of you remember some months ago that they were talking about "alot more moneysink's" before wotlk?
This to mee seem to be one of those that generated alot of complaints/press/interest and also took alot of gold from players.
Aug 5th 2008 1:57PM Hmm and another thing.
How fun will it be if all lvl 70 or 80's invade low lvl areas and kill everything in sight just to skillup?
Give us targetdummys damnit!
Aug 5th 2008 1:51PM Yes i have noticed that too.
That weaponskill seem to increase with the lvl of the mob.
I whish i could use those targetdummys that we see all around citys and other places..
Maybe not to skill up completly but atleast to get within 50% of the usability..
An example, i get lucky and recive The Sun Eater http://www.wowhead.com/?item=29362
But i have been using a 1-hand mace for tanking and dualwield 2 1-hand maces druing lvl'ing.
Then i would have to grind for days if they remove those natural targetdummys..
Meanwhile my guildies will stand and wait for that tank that cant tank because there is a troll in blizzard's dev-department that think that waisting players time is fun. (or maybe it is in the sales department?)
Aug 4th 2008 9:41PM For some it will be helpfull.
For others a pain..
It will definitely help WoW in the matter of PuG's.
An easy way to check if that last player really know what he/she is doing in that hard heroic instance or other place.
On the other side, there will be "Talent fascism" Or in a future soon.. "Achievement fascism".
And the result will probably be a function that enables the user to show selected parts of the "Achievements".
Or just harder rules in the forums forcing players to post in their main char, to avoid an obvious bad social behaivour.
Jul 23rd 2008 7:22PM I agree with Lester.
You commit to a team even if they are unkown PUG's to complete a task.
And if your guild have a rule that require you to run when they call..Well dont go into LFG. Demand that your guild help you out every time you need to grind a instance or similar.
Jul 10th 2008 3:00AM There are brobably thousands of more requests..
The big issue is that they often react on the QQ of a class or what ever the issue is and "fix" it.
Instead of go in and fix the problem.
An really good example is AV.
They totally destroyed the battleground with reinforcements. And other things made to it.
They should have taken a step back, and thought why does this not work when all are lvl 70 and just rush to the general instead of completing quests at the same time as PvP etc etc...
Most of the stuff is PvP related since a NPC never can complain about a "demigod" defeat the NPC in 1 or 2shots..
Jul 5th 2008 7:04PM Soo mutch time and effort spent in high end raiding and a very few that are ever going to see it??
Unless it is a movie on YouTube?
We all pay the same ammount of money to play and we all have the same right to visit every single place, even to get every single possible drop..
If some are a bit smarter and can spend thousands of gold or items with a high end guild..is there a problem?
It happends in real life..look at russia space agency and their paied trips to space..
So why forbit it to happen in wow?
Im just getting more and more sick of high end raiders complaining about "their loot" and "their content"
We all have the same right to all of the content, we all pay equal to enjoy all of the game!
Jul 3rd 2008 10:17AM I dont like twinks..
They simply ruin the game for everyone else.
I tried once when i was lvl 27 or 28..and never ever again.
BG's and Arena can be fun as long as the players you meet is equal..
Maybe all of blizzard's developers need to get "pawned" 1000times until they realise that twiking is slowly destroying all the "optional" PvP game content?
The solution is simple..
1. Award a small number of XP after every BG/Arena.
2. install a extra set of wardrobe with BG/Arena gear that can only be used in BG/Arena..
And the games will start to be about skill and not who outgears the other...
You can even leave and expand the PvP honor rewards and tweak it more to PvE so ppl that only loves BG/Arena can finance their play..
Jun 23rd 2008 10:35PM It got me from lvl 43 to 45..almost 46 with around 3000xp for ally and 6000xp for horde fires..
No i did not go into the cities and maybe missed out on some xp..but i got all the others..
It took me a while but now i have most of the FP's and i have a easier time for all those "fly around the whole world" quests that you get above lvl 40-45 and up to 58..or whenever you feel like leaving for Hellfire ;)
Jun 23rd 2008 8:25AM We tried a RAID but the instance will not let more then 5ppl inside.
This encounter is like then Curator fight in kara on turbo..
He is not downed yet in our guild and im not sure we will take him down..
Most of us have gear to complete kara..and we do regular heroics too..
So i say that they have tuned this boss waaaay to high.
