Jun 12th 2009 7:53PM As Maleven said, this drops from Steelbreaker, which is the hardest version of Iron Council. It drops if you kill him last, which requires a lot of DPS combined with tanks able to take a few powered up fusion punches.
And I agree with Roguedubb that Phat Loot Phriday is pretty mediocre, especially this week.

Dec 1st 2008 6:55PM -WATCH OUT FOR PATS! They're the mobs that move around, and can often be accidentally pulled when you are fighting a different group. That leads to:
-You don't need to fight the mobs exactly where they stand. Try pulling them back to where you are, which allows you more room to use AoE and avoid pats.
-Line of Sight (LOS): for ranged mobs, you'll often want to grab aggro (use a ranged ability) then run behind a corner/box/column in order to get the ranged mobs to run over to you. This will help with both the previous tips.
-You don't need to kill every mob in an instance, there are often packs you can avoid, but you'll only learn that after running a few times. It is generally a good idea to clear all mobs around a boss though, because bosses will sometimes aggro every mob in the area to the fight, when you just are trying to take on a boss.
Oct 30th 2008 2:06PM A few guildies and I 4-manned Kara last weekend too. Shade and Netherspite are the only hard parts of it.
One of the 4 was a green-wearing elemental shaman, the other 3 were a T6 elem shaman, T6 feral druid, and a T6ish holy priest.
Oh, but we did wipe on chess because the priest bugged out and couldn't control a healer.
Oct 14th 2008 1:56PM Just browsing through the actual patch notes (which do mention 51-pt talents AND Inscription, so quit QQing), I noticed a few of the actual changes this article refers to (and effect my main toons):
Mages: "Living Bomb will no longer knock all targets into the air."
Druids: "Faerie Fire (Feral): Now an 11-point talent, down from being a 21-point talent." (was supposed to be replaced with Survival Instincts).
I say "Lame!" to both changes.
Read the patch notes and find actual missing things. I also noticed TK and Hyjal are not getting the HP nerf.
Sep 11th 2008 5:37PM Hey, that's actually my guild's raid ID that was stolen. In fact, I'm the one who put those screenshots up on Flickr.
A few updates on the Illidan theft:
-We downed our first Illidan the next reset, so we probably would have killed the one that was stolen.
-We did open several tickets with Blizzard, and apparently the person who used the ninja-invite technique got banned for 3 days (about a week after we opened the ticket). All the items they got were supposedly deleted. Despite Virulent's annoying claims, nobody in our guild gave them the instance. If they had, Blizz wouldn't have punished anyone.
-Their guild leader apparently quit playing a few days after this, and most of their members no longer play. Apparently they were having attendance issues anyways, but it made us feel good to know that they fell apart shortly after shafting us.
