Thats not so. Chilton said the next patch would have the new azeroth to be playable with the next patch. Its just not the case right now, maybe they won't allow it in the PTR and the PTR will just further test out the new talents and the new event and when this patch goes live, new azeroth will come with that patch.

Jul 13th 2010 5:09PM Think you are mixing the episode with the FCC which is a government agency that controls the radio where ESRB is not in anyway affiliated with the government. ESRB is actually an agency that is controlled by the gaming industry. Think MPAA only for video games.
