Win a year of Curse's premium service {WoW}

May 12th 2009 10:44AM Im confused as to why a prize of digital proportions like this do not allow EU contestants to join. Its nothing to do with shipping cost or country regulations.

seems kind of silly

Video teases iPhone WoW client {WoW}

Apr 25th 2009 12:46PM if you compair a PC and an iphone, the PC will ofc win hands down, but there is a new techgnology i heard being used for the iphone where instead of storing all the data on the phone itself, it would have it stored on a network and the iphone would pull the data from the net as it needed it. the idea behind it was for people in less developed countried could use older laptps for more demanding programs or games.

i cant remember exactly but i think it was called clouding or a cloud server. either way it seems somewhat likly.

And even if this is a fake, this kind of technology to display wow standard graphics on a phone is a pretty amazing.

The Queue: Paladins, and Shamans, and Roombas, oh my! {WoW}

Apr 24th 2009 9:38PM I have a question for you guys:

I recently noticed 3.1 has been making wow a little bit more demanding with my resources.Now itunes seems to be using up a bit of crucial memory and i know that there are better music players with smaller memory/CPU prints out there that i can use.

My question is, do you know any good itunes substitutes for playing my music in the background ?Either ingame via addon or standard player.

If possible some kind of remote function would be handy, i hate having to restore a player just to skip the next some or tone down the volume.

Save your specs with Talented {WoW}

Apr 22nd 2009 9:46AM From what i can tell, he is using talented to save a third spec so that he can switch as easily as blizzard own duel spec system. however, by doing this it removes the "switch anywhere i want" mentality as well as cost you quite a bit if you are going to switch alot.

Save your specs with Talented {WoW}

Apr 22nd 2009 9:14AM While I myself have no problems with constant respecs. only desiding if a talent is worth it when its new and hard to compair to other talents.I have been surprised before so i leave the number crunching to the professionals.

I suppose thats one of the perks of being a DPS class.

However i can see how this would be usful for hybrid class's even before duel specs.
An interesting addon that i may get myself just so i can play around with various specs without haveing to use the CPU sucking official talent preview on the warcraft website.

I wonder if this uses up as much memory or if its feather light for my computer ?

Apr 21st 2009 4:21PM Im not sure but I think Dot timer can track buffs on you/your target. it even has screen flashing and projected text if you arent into watching an extra bar dwindle away.
