Jun 6th 2009 1:11AM You're incorrect about the guidelines of the achievement. The ilevel is the weapons permitted are 232 and 226 for everything else as to reflect the ilevel increase of 10man hard mode weapons.
It was chaged in the 3.1.3 patch and I don't recall if they said they have planned to update the achievement text in a future patch.
Dec 31st 2008 12:38PM First Legion of Twisting Nether has cleared (and has on easymode farm status) all 10man and 25man content, including 25man three-drake Sartharion (two twilight drakes so far). We should have 10man three-drake ironed out this week.
Nov 12th 2008 8:22AM So i get dicked out of my s4 chest because they delayed the arena points rollover and people get rating-free brutal two-handers?
Oct 31st 2008 9:16PM Your reaper is missing Crusader, ponch.

You don't say.
Sep 18th 2008 1:31PM "has there been any indication of any new ground mounts with increased speed?
No, there's been no sign or indication of that."
Actually, yes there has been. When they initially announced multi-passenger mounts, they also said these mounts would have increased land speed beyond the typical 100%.
(though, it would suck if there aren't any in action. This and spec swapping were two things i looked forward to when wotk details were first given out and likely won't see the light of day.)
Aug 18th 2008 7:56AM "Will worr for gold or gear"
Your sign has a typo.
Aug 1st 2008 3:58PM There isn't any 'logic' behind it since Blizzard never gives explanations for anything mentioned in patch notes.
Again, you people are going apeshit will speculation, assuming that this potion sickness is happening because we 'won't need' to chain pot in lich king and being allowed to potion repeatedly would be overpowered in the new environment.
People attempt to justify not being allowed to continually use mana potions because the mana problems 'are fixed'. Well, what about healing potions? Healing potions allowed for the fluxuation of the human aspect of the game. No one is perfect and sometimes people learning an encounter require guys to take responsibility in their own hands (ie, healing pot if the healers are too busy spamming the tank/etc, or the dps gets to close to a cave in or similar).
What about being able to chain chug haste and destruction potions? Sure it's easy to cop-out and say that everyone is getting a dps boost that will scale with being higher level and thus won't 'need' the extra boost. Like i give a shit about that. Haste and destruction pots gave us the extra dps when needed (or wanted) for those intense burn fights like high warlord or Brut. Our classes may be getting dps boosts, but all dps are getting a nerf from being held back from chaining dps potions. And no, i don't fall for the lame 'it will even out' attempt at justification for this bs blizzard is pulling and understanding how Blizzard is absolutely terrible at retroactively fixing old content, everyone who in getting into sunwell when the patch comes out will be essentially forced out of it because of this debuff since they won't be able to perform well enough for the fights without repeated potioning. (same goes for the new drum nerf. drums are essential in high end-game guilds)
If BLIZZARD (read: not you) can offer a reason for this debuff, i'll be willing to listen. Until then, please stop trying to support their acts of the seeming inane.

Blizzard has -never- said that they build fights with the idea of potion chugging. Nor have they said that the new fights will be designed with the idea of players using (or needing) less potions.
Oh, they have? link plz.
Also, -no- encounter should be designed around the cost of materials of consumables. Thus, everyone saying "yay! we save money on potions now because blizz wants us to spend less gold on it!" is a tool. My rogue's "addictions" to haste potions got so expensive that i dropped skinning and picked up herbalism to afford it, simple.
Quit parroting what the next person says just to make yourself feel like part of the solution.
