Mar 6th 2011 6:42PM To make things even more interesting get a trinket with +1700 spirit or something on proc or use (like blood of isiset from HoO) and couple that proc with a resto shammy hitting mana tide totem. Because mana tide directly increases everyone's spirit by 400% you'll end up having some 40-45% hit rating which looks just ridiculous :D
Mar 4th 2011 1:42AM There is some guilds that have cleared the heroics already, but that doesn't mean that blizz should release new raids for those up to dozen guilds. The rest can still be quite far behind. Sinestra hasn't even been killed on all realms yet! Our realm (ravenholdt EU) got it's first sinestra kill this wednesday and most of the guilds haven't even gotten to heroics yet (we've got everything but the last bosses down on normal ... nefarian can go to hell)
Feb 25th 2011 7:39PM "Take a minute this morning, my dear readers, and tell your loved one you love them."
If I only had one... *very large sigh*
Still waiting for the one...
Feb 25th 2011 7:37PM yourself.
Oooooh... I shouldn't have said that.
Feb 10th 2011 1:27PM Considering the H-LK
Even with the huge margin of error, the fight's seriously hard. We never got him down on 10HC before cata came (although we got close a few times) and we had killed LK25 some 6 months before cata. We also had been slamming our faces to the wall for the whole darn year of ICC and STILL when we went to LK10HC at lvl85, it took us the whole night to down him. At 80 we downed LK10 whenever we felt like resetting the place so we knew the fight like the back of our hands.
LK25 is even harder and if you take a group of people who weren't there farming the place back during 3.3 and people who haven't killed LK on normal, you're going to have one hell of a night, during which, I doubt that you're going to down him.
Feb 6th 2011 2:51PM That last statement sounds rather interesting... "less then 20 some players on US servers even got one, much less saw one"
Sounds like 20 players got the mount, but less than 20 players ever saw the mount. As if some of the players who got the mount just magically got it from somewhere without seeing it o.O
Feb 4th 2011 5:07AM Before they fixed the gongs on atramedes a week or 2 ago, we had this attempt on 10 man where only 4 alive, tank, 2 dps and me healing. We got some 30-40% off him because the gongs just kept respawning. Then I happened to make some sort of mistake (no wonders when the fight had gone for some 10-15 mins). The feral tank refused to believe this and fortunately few seconds later the boss took air and he combat rezzed me.
Unfortunately modulation had just taken out the dps and I got instagibbed by the fire breath when I rezzed... We actually thought we could down the boss with just the 4 of us :D

That's not really a legendary for everyone. That proc is rather useless for a tank unless you somehow really want strength or agility from a trinket as a tank.
Jan 25th 2011 5:36PM I can't see why exactly someone would be offended by someone calling him by his class, because if you're a mage, you're a mage. If you're a paladin, you're a paladin. If you're the one with the pink helm and a ribbon, then you are. I don't mind someone calling me just "healer" or "paladin", because that's what I am. Don't deny your role or class. Of course you're an individual, but if you've been farming heroics for the whole day and the week and you've met literally hundreds of players, you really don't feel like writing those weird names that people come up.
