Dec 23rd 2008 9:29AM I had no problems last night after having problems all weekend. I use Comcast in the Detroit area. Just a few random lag spikes but almost all of them could be account for as server lag or to my own PC loading Dalaran :p
Dec 22nd 2008 11:47AM You can't blame blizzard for something they have no control over. They don't own the routers and such, the ISPs do (ie ATT and Comcast).
From the rumors I heard, a couple routers had fried between ATT and comcast. then the backups tot hose routers fried from all the overload. So it became a unending spiral of fried routers.
If you looked at the tracers on that forum thread you could see where people had 70 ms on Comcast routers and spike to 900ms just before the ATT router jumps.
Dec 3rd 2008 10:28AM I was rather upset with the limited choices of + hit caster leather. 90% of the caster leather drops have +haste or +crit and of course...everyone thinks the moonkin automatically wants it. Sure it would be nice...but I kinda want to be able to hit the mobs first ya know?
I've had to go with a combination of T6, the cloth piece from HoL I believe (the one with +55 hit) and a couple rep/badge rewards to cap my hit for raids.
The lack of sockets during leveling sure didn't help either...
Dec 2nd 2008 4:44PM its not that fact that the blades are crossed, but rather the colors and lighting effects. To even be THAT similar with the same colors and effects on those graphics kinda screams copying.
Using same ideas/mechanics in games is one thing (I mean what game doesn't use mechanics used in other games?)...copying art is another.
Dec 2nd 2008 10:28AM We were discussing the globes when we found them for the first time. There is deffinatly a better Azeroth in the next room if that blue one isn't (can't remember off the top of my head) with a nice maelstrom effect. Our guesses were that the orange one was the Orc home planet and the purple one was the Draenei homeworld.
Oct 20th 2008 4:27PM Comcast actually started limiting users to 200GB a month per household here in the US...and unfortunatly in many areas they are the only company available. 200GB on a 3 computer network with 1 of them a heavy downloader on top of games makes me worry a bit.
Oct 17th 2008 9:47AM But most raid rotations (atleast pre-3.0.2) included both IS and MF. With the IS glyph how do those rotations compare with an ISx1 MFx1 wrathx6 (depending on haste) or IS MF SFx3 rotation.
