Nov 15th 2010 8:52AM Well the pilgrim event does allow you to get your cooking upto pre wotlk max level for fairly cheap and I have a new 80 plus another alt at 69 that means I can work towards max cooking on 2 more toons. To me that is what makes this in game event great

Aug 6th 2010 2:52PM Wow... You must only know how to read but not understand how the fiscal year system works. Here I will explain this to you. The fiscal year ends on the last day of September and starts on the first day of October.
So with that being said all companies final quarter/ end of year earnings reports are due around October. Not the end of our calendar year. You sir are dumb for thinking they would rush the game. If they were going to rush it to get higher year end sales fixed they would release it now. But see they are smart. They will release during the next fiscal year to give the company a good outlook, higher earnings and higher payoff of stock values.
Mar 3rd 2010 10:43AM Well my farming alt is an icc10/25 geared ready tank and when I go off to do my hero for the day I have a healer that I know go with me. She knows that if the same person rips aggro off of me 3 times let them die due to them not using /assist imo.
2nd when I enter heroics I tell the dos to use assist macros or w/e means possible to follow my targets. If they pull aggro I will let them die, I will not taunt etc.
Before you flame my main is a 9k dos boomkin in 25s and if I can manage my aggro so can the fury warrior who thinks they must pop bladestorm as his opener as I am pulling a group of mobs
Jan 16th 2010 5:15AM I rarely get beat by mages on single target boss fights. The only other caster class that really gives me a run for my money and I am talking everyone in full 245/258 t9 gear are shadow priests. Mages are always in my mirror. I don't know about yall but in a single stationary fight I am hiting 7k dps. If yall arn't it may be the fact that alot of players don't understand boomkin rotations/mechanics properly. I am also spec'd alittle odd from the norm. I drop gale winds for 2 points into owlkin frenzy as most boss fights there is usually abilites they use be it single target or raid wide dmg and that also helps bump my dps up some.
Jan 15th 2010 8:48PM I play a boomkin with 1z245 t9 3x 232t9 and rest of the pieces are 245/251 pieces and when I am playing with other players of the same gear score( just usuing it as a sum calculation of gear not skill) of 5187. The only class that will beat me are rogues(staionary fights) and hunters(mobile fights) being that said boomkins perform well enough but I will take any buff that blizz wants to throw my way.
Dec 7th 2009 3:07PM I once won a roll for a token from the end of a chest togc 10 run and a hunter offered me 5k for it. I could had used the upgrade from 232 to 245 in one of my 2 slots that had needed it but he said he needed it to get a 4 set bonus and had the badges to aquire that piece he needed. His 5k gold will keep my toon repaired and raid ready with enchants and flasks for months down the road.
There is nothing wrong with selling loot when you get a random whisper in a pug raid. If it is a guild raid better make sure your raid leader and guild leader are cool with someone doing same things.
Oct 5th 2009 11:43AM I have character copied over, have everything installed, than found out they are doing pre-mades...again. So I am not gonna participate in the ptr due to the shear amount of fail people trying to do stuff on a pre-made. I wish that blizz would just get rid of pre-mades imo
Oct 2nd 2009 1:32AM I have bee n a reader of your site for along time and I have zero tcg items so I thought I toss this post up for a chance at it. Keep the good posts coming. KFChicken-Uther
Sep 30th 2009 1:11PM I used to run a home built gaming rig and it was a total cost of $1800 all together including OS, Moniter, Keyboard and mouse. I benchmarked it and it out benched marked a similiar Alienware rig but the Alienware rig cost was $4000. So yea it is cheaper, takes more time but just do research. On newegg.com people tend to write good reviews on parts so if a lot of them say it is a good product most of the time it is. If it is a bad product you will see that to.
I had to quit using my gaming rig due to how much electricity it was using each month so I sold it off for $1600 and the computer had been done being built for almost a year and only dropped $200 in value from my investment. I switched to a normal laptop and my energy bills have actully dropped about $80 a month so just remember take into account for other costs before getting that huge gaming rig.
