Mists of Pandaria Beta: Watch the Horde intro to Pandaria {WoW}

Mar 29th 2012 2:33PM My guess? The horde ship that is hit by the crashing plane in the Alliance intro is the same ship horde players will be riding in their intro.

Breakfast Topic: Pandocalypse Now {WoW}

Mar 20th 2012 8:21AM I wasn't expecting anything mind blowing from the press tour, so I'm not disappointed like some people. Overall, all the new information just has me excited for all the little additions they're adding to the game, and all the planning into making sure there are always interesting things to do. Right now my Warcraft time is spent making gold for Pandaria... and not much else.

Mists of Pandaria: Dave "Fargo" Kosak interview {WoW}

Mar 19th 2012 10:17PM I quite like Vashj'ir as well. It just seems to get the most hate after Uldum.

Mists of Pandaria: Dave "Fargo" Kosak interview {WoW}

Mar 19th 2012 7:40PM No, it was an actual poll. Uldum nearly tripled the votes of the next highest zone, which bizarrely enough was Vashj'ir.

Breakfast Topic: Been waiting an excrutiatingly long time for this {WoW}

Mar 8th 2012 8:52AM Never give up hope. I had gotten to the point where I only sporadically picked up a mysterious egg, and the last one I got I forgot it was even in my bags for days after it hatched. Then, the morning of my birthday, I found the cracked egg in my bag, opened it, and discovered a Green Proto-Drake mount waiting for me.

If you need some extra reason to keep getting the egg, the pets inside can sell for a decent amount these days. The proto-drake hatchling goes for something like 500 gold on my realm.

The Queue: Scroll of Resurrection {WoW}

Mar 7th 2012 1:39PM Cataclysm was an expansion that sounded extremely promising, but was some level of disappointing to much of the player base. I'm not surprised that people are being pessimistic about Mists, and many of them probably will continue to be negative even after the big press event nda lifts. Some people still feel burned by Cataclysm, and only playing the new expansion will possibly change their point of view.

Of course, there's also the "Pandas are for babies!" crowd, but I don't take their complaints seriously. You can intelligently dislike pandas and worry about the aesthetics, like Alex. However, worrying about how it's going to affect your masculinity or "adultness" just shows there are greater maturity issues at hand.

WoW Insider Show Episode 232: Knights of OP {WoW}

Feb 14th 2012 11:14AM 10 minutes in and already a great Venture Brothers impression. Greatest. Episode. Ever.

Drama Mamas: The case of the mass guild eviction {WoW}

Jan 23rd 2012 10:21AM "I have a level 25 guild that I put a lot of time and gold into."

The problem is that many of your members have probably put in a lot of time, gold, and effort of their own. You can't level a guild to level 25 by yourself. You're saying that their contributions to the guild mean nothing, and it's all yours no matter what. While you have the power to kick everyone from the guild, what you'll be left with is a level 25 guild that nobody will want to join once word spreads about what you did. Have fun paying for name changes and server transfers.

Dec 23rd 2011 11:11AM Some additional advice on the extra Darkmoon quest items: If you want to sell them, I would wait at this point until the next Darkmoon starts up. The market is currently flooded with the more common ones, driving the prices down to 20 gold or less for some of them. With the price that low, it really can't hurt to hold on to them and see if you can get a much better price once people can start turning them in again and the supply dries up some.

3 things you don't want to miss if you quit during Cataclysm {WoW}

Dec 22nd 2011 5:35PM Heck, I think that comment somehow managed to get downvoted before it was even posted.
