Sep 27th 2010 1:02PM So that's the end of those old crap holes, eh? I'll be happy to never see Shatt again, but Dalaran was such a nice looking place...except for the lag.
Farewell old friends, farewell.
Jul 13th 2010 10:05AM Sounds wonderful! Nice to see Blizzard trying to make this game more like fun and less like work.
Jun 29th 2010 8:18PM Blizz must have the summer interns on patch duty. The more competent folks are apparently focused on Cataclysm and/or their next MMO. Best we all expect more stupid between now and then.
Jun 28th 2010 2:38PM Because we should all get in the 'we love Blizzard, Blizzard can do no wrong camp' and not voice a little frustration that the game we want to play will be unavailable for 24 hours?
How dare anyone challenge the great Blizzard!
Jun 28th 2010 2:31PM Blizzard is never early. 24 hours in Blizzard speak will likely be 30+
Jun 14th 2010 3:24PM I'm sure that 80 - 85 leveling will be great.
But I guess without Path of the Titans we'll be done with the expansion in 3 months instead of 6?
Seems to me they should have reserved the right to bring it back later after they had more time to work on it.
Dec 9th 2009 10:51AM Makes perfect sense that the work by the gnomes would result in the longest delay. Seems logical the follow-up delays will be shorter.
Dec 8th 2009 8:52PM Approaching 24 hours of downtime now...I expect patches to be bad, but FAIL of the Lich King is looking like one of the worst!
I don't think it's reasonable that players should expect not to play AT ALL on a day when Blizz says maintenance will be over at 11AM. A couple hours off is one thing, all day is another.
Nov 19th 2009 2:48PM mcgruber wins
Blizz has been too slow to make things BOA, but they are slowly heading down that road now...badges would be a highly logical and much needed step in the right direction
Nov 19th 2009 2:29PM I'd like to see them go 'all-in' with the badge system and forget about normal loot drops. Maybe drop an item here or there, but we should be able to get everything we need with badges and not be stuck running an instance 50 times for a piece of gear...when you get to that point, you're no longer battling monsters or dragons but the greatest boss of all, RNG.
And I don't care that you had to run Scholo 7,000 times for your old school loot. We don't have to kill our fun just because it was that way 4 years ago.
