Sep 14th 2010 11:37PM Ha! That was the first thing I thought too. I think Alton would have to be a goblin wielding the only unitasker he allows in the kitchen: http://www.wowhead.com/item=41755

Aug 21st 2010 12:34AM To add to Draelan's list, Dalaran also has 100 percent less "clang-clang-clang ha ha HA HA HA!"
Aug 11th 2010 11:20AM Mike, if you still have friends in Blizzard's art department, you should chastise them for the very nasty trick they played on Deathwing. Based on the new boss models image, he was obviously at a comic convention in his Baron Unterbheit cosplay outfit when they drew him. DIrty pool Blizz, dirty pool.
Aug 1st 2010 10:38PM Since grammar nit-picking tends to 1) be arcane and 2) suck the life out of discussions, it's probably more the realm of the mage or lock columnists. :)
Aug 1st 2010 5:11PM "Preventative" can be used as both an adjective and a noun. That said, it's a less-common (in American English, at least), but quite old (M-W dates it back to circa 1666, the OED to 1655) variant of "preventive." Michael Quinion, of World Wide Words, notes that the longer version, with its stuttering middle syllables, has drawn complaints since the 1860s, and some style guides argue against it (http://www.worldwidewords.org/qa/qa-pre3.htm).
I love word origin stories, if you hadn't noticed.

Jul 26th 2010 11:15AM In all of the beta talk, I haven't heard anything about the most important issue in the game: Jadaar and Asric's bromance. Do they move to Deepholm to continue their never-ending bickering?
