Nov 27th 2009 11:50AM For myself, raiding just stopped being fun. 4 Hour nights of wiping became more and more cumbersome. Coming home from work, making dinner just in time to catch invites. Raiding then going to sleep all to do it over again got to me eventually.
Overall I think what really changed for me was the time I had, and wanted, to invest in the game. After a certain amount, there's almost no point in playing because you're always falling behind.

Feb 13th 2009 1:12PM The max level requirement is fine tbh. A majority of people probably level DPS,w exceptions of course.
New people generally don't have any idea the best way to level and, whatever they have chosen to begin with, they have either found some fun in so far or they do something else.
Part of the fun of the game is Realizing how powerful a respec is; How completely different your same character can be just by "points".
I'm glad I'm getting dual specs because I play a shaman, and Both the "painful" statement above and the recent post about how healers/tanks are forced to play the game less casual really hits home. Additionally, I PVP as well, so while Dual specs won't really solve all my problems. Its a massive step in the right direction for allowing players to experience all the game has to offer.
Jan 28th 2009 9:47AM Last night we had the second boss in Ajzol Nerub (Hadronox) actually Die before we got to the encounter. We couldn't loot the corpse or anything. Not sure if this is pre-existing, but it was sure the first time I'd seen it.
Jan 23rd 2009 2:50PM Has anyone tried to use up all their rested EXP on an alt? I've got an alt at full rested, and I just spent the last 2 levels fully rested.
I've even taken time to stop doing quests and just grind mobs, sure it uses up my rested but it seems to go really slow.
I've figured that at around 1900 exp per mob w/rested I'd have to kill nearly 860 mobs just to consume all of my rested exp.
I know I can use this to my advantage and level much quicker (right?) Anyone have suggestions?
Dec 30th 2008 6:54PM one of the things that has been affecting a lot of my guild mates recently is being automatically saved to The Vault of Archavon. Basically the run down is something like this:
1) Win or defend Wintergrasp, and normally a group to do one of the instances (normal or heroic) forms.
For example the raid leader is forming a 25 man because he has already done a 10 man. However, they forget to set it to the proper difficulty before zoning in. Now 10 people are locked out from the 10 man version (or in my case the 25 man version) for the whole week. With such a unique instance like Archavon that you don't have 100% access to this instance should be changed so that you don't get saved unless you _Kill The Boss_
So any word on that? or perhaps word on what blizz might be doing to remedy this?
