Apr 27th 2010 5:30AM I'd love the same thing. Having a break from the game currently, and one of the biggest reasons was I was burnt out trying to maximise my frost income.
Like the new changes proposed but I'd really love a system to avoid having to turn WoW into something I 'need' (of course I don't need to, but Blizzard admits the trap is there) to play everyday to belt out a daily. First 7 randoms in a week awarding top tier sounds great to me, but I guess that would even worsen the available numbers of tanks/healers available, especially later in the week.
Jan 4th 2010 7:17AM no idea why it's not more commonly used (at least in my experience), but i reckon liberal use of /readycheck before bosses and at the start of the run makes me a better tank.
and it's not a huge deal, but if you're down a little mana and drinking, DON'T hit 'no' to the ready check, merely wait the 5 seconds you need, then hit ready.
Dec 22nd 2009 10:10AM yes please
Dec 18th 2009 10:04PM while I don't believe it'll ever happen....
using the 4 shoulder buttons as a 'shift' key gives you 16 macoes/casts/abilities on the 4 face buttons.
but personally I can't think of a worse experience than playing WoW on a console...
Dec 16th 2009 10:38AM just wish it wasn't the only way for me to get an upgrade as a 10 man bear.....
at least until we find out what Arthas drops.
Dec 11th 2009 3:56AM I think the original post was referring tot he fact that 25 mans are likely running both 10 and 25 man dungeons, whereas 10 mans obviously just do the 10s.
25 raiders will be grabbing their badges much faster...
Dec 10th 2009 9:15AM exactly what i (used to) do. love it.
hoping /lfg is used properly, but as a pretty well geared tank/healer I get instant random runs, or only go with guildies.
sorry random dps of my home server, can't help you anymore....
Dec 10th 2009 4:20AM I'm an enchanter, and I have to admit, it is peeving me a little bit. Not much to be done about it though.
And in reality, doesn't hurt me too much as I don't try to make money off enchanting, just there for the ring enchants and to do guildie's stuff.
What is going to worry me is getting my battered hilt to drop, and not have to worry about everyone needing after they already have one to sell off on the AH...
Dec 8th 2009 6:17PM really liked they way they did this. very little 'action', just an old, tired man looking for the evil the son he still must love begat to be ended.
and the resignation Arthas feels rather than anticipation.
Dec 5th 2009 5:01AM there are also the Enchanter and Leatherworker only enchants that can be had by farming Icecrown mobs.
for minimal effort, these professions get a +20 Resist on Cloak (one for most schools of damage) or +70 resist on bracers (one for all schools of damage).
perhaps unlikely to benefit a lot of classes/specs, but can be hugely beneficial for tanks depending on the fight.
