Sep 5th 2008 11:54AM I think the option to allow me to choose a self-imposed tax to the guild would be awesome, but I'd personally leave a guild that mandated me paying a tax.
Sep 4th 2008 3:30PM I play a warrior too (gnomes rule), but I can say that it's just plain not fun, not rewarding and a total waste of time to have to level up an unused weapon skill, just because some random drop gives me a better weapon.
That said, I don't want there to be only one weapon skill. I tend to like the idea others have mentioned of having broader weapon skills. I also think there should be a floor to your weapon skills, something like say 80% of the max, so you do have to use a weapon to get the most benefit, but not find a drop completely worthless because you didn't have time to level that weapon skill.
And yes I keep one of each weapon type in my bags to level em up, but I should be carrying around extra weapons because they work better on certain mobs, not so I can use a gimped weapon on a weak mob just to level my skill. At least with Fishing I get something to eat.
