Sep 6th 2010 8:47AM Am I the only one that doesn't appreciate this type of marketing? If you really want to help kids with cancer, then give the money directly and buy whatever car you like. Appealing to our compassion by encouraging people to people to justify large expenditures is messed up.
Hyundai, you're on a roll, you're making great cars. Stick to that, and stop waving the charity flag.
Aug 21st 2010 8:41PM While I'm sure the guy who sold the ticket feels pretty terrible, it really was a win-win situation. Would-be winner ended up with $200 and the story of a lifetime (that is sure to get him plenty of free drinks for the rest of his life). And the other guy, well, it's pretty obvious what he won.
Feb 24th 2010 10:01AM Actually, Packard Bell is the cheap version of Acer. Even back in the day I don't think it was owned by HP. Compaq was/is the HP cheap line.
Still, I'm with you on what to buy. This American/Wal-Mart it's gotta be the cheapest thing around mentality cracks me up. Smart consumers buy on value, not price. The cheapest thing out there is rarely the best value. Same goes for the most expensive... Although in terms of cars, I've heard the Veyron is an unbelievable bargain, compared to how expensive it actually was to develop and manufacture.
Feb 24th 2010 9:53AM Packard Bell, Duke 3D and yelling at my mom to hang up the phone because my buddy and I were trying to play a one on one deathmatch over dialup.
Those were the good old days...
/All out of gum.
Feb 9th 2010 3:01PM Came here to post about beating a dead horse. Leaving happy.

Jan 27th 2010 8:39PM German car. (The best) German driver (ever). Makes sense to me.
Jan 26th 2010 1:52PM I'm cool with the funky design, but why is that chick about to eat her keys in the last picture? What is that even supposed to mean?
