Oct 28th 2011 8:17PM to me it sounds like Warcraft is being streamlined more and more with Diablo. a lot of the newer game mechanics and even abilities are lifted straight from D2.
Aug 17th 2011 9:07PM It would be interesting to see the whole block mechanic revamped into something more like the druid or dk mastery, where you must spend resources in order to maintain your block. GC talked a bit about some attacks generating threat, and I love that idea - what if devastate generated rage instead of spending it, so you'd really have to plan ahead if you want to use Shield Block, and then when you activate SB, each subsequent block eats up a chunk of rage... It would certainly make tanking less reactive and more proactive, as you'd have to manage your resources and cooldowns in a way that the previous method of tanking couldn't allow.
Feb 7th 2011 8:04PM What would make Slam more interesting for Arms is if you could talent it into a short range charge, maybe without a stun, if the target goes out of melee range. Makes sense as far as the concept of slamming into someone goes, and might make Slam a more attractive ability.
Jan 27th 2011 11:22PM It's been made clear that the Forsaken are capable of being Good, it's just extra hard. Sylvanas was driven by revenge for so long that it was all she knew, so when she finally got it, she needed a new reason for existing - which is now the continued existence of the Forsaken. She'll do what she has to, which isn't always what she *should* do.
And let's not forget that there have been hints of an Old God's presence in Tirisfal, so I'd say it's VERY likely Sylvanas has been corrupted.
Aug 10th 2010 12:05AM If you're still "learning to play your class" at this point in the game, I don't know how you got here in the first place. You can only learn so many spells - after that, it's the complexity of encounters, the fun in finding little tricks that help you nail an encounter,
that keep the game interesting.
Aug 9th 2010 5:24PM The tooltip for Impending Doom says 15 seconds, not 15% - so that cuts Bane of Doom down to every 15 seconds! WAY better!
