Dec 31st 2008 1:22PM To make things a little easier on your poor little brain, he was basically saying that it wouldn't make sense for some one to steal an account from blizzard when said person could just steal credit card info. Trying to take an account with the intent of selling epics and stealing gold is much more time consuming and less rewarding than getting a hold of someone's credit card.
Aug 21st 2008 1:57PM Tim, you clearly do not know much about Blizzard's tallent for story telling. Take a good look at the cinematics of WC3, SC, and D2/LOD for some perspective.
Aug 21st 2008 1:40PM Too add a little bit more, here is the cinematic where Arthis becomes the Lich King. For those of you who may not have seen this before, pay close attention to what the voices are saying and it will give you an idea as to what sort of person Arthas was.
Aug 21st 2008 11:11AM I think the majority of the people who get upset about the lack of "action" have never played through Warcraft 3 and therefor, do not really understand what is going on here. There are over 10 million WoW subscribers, and I am willing to bet that most of them have never played the RTS games that WoW is based off of.
Aug 21st 2008 10:44AM I know some of you are upset that it did not feature any classes in action (notebly you would almost expect something for deathknights), however, I do think that it is nice that Blizz chose to focus on the lore. I think that is one of the big changes for WOTLK... there is a definate effort to engross the players in to the story of the game, rather than just an arbitrary boss here and some arbitrary loot there.
I think Blizzard's real aim here is to make WOTLK a true continuation of WC3.
