May 26th 2009 11:30AM Stating facts is cliche?
Holy Priests can't DPS like Shadow Priests. Resto Shammies can't DPS like Elemental shammies.
Prot Pallies are nowhere near as effective healers as Holy Pallies. Rets are but that's due to how OP Judgement of Light is.
Your comment is worse than mine: So you should be able to light-up people as a Tree....or do anything other than Heal?
Same thing with Moonkins. You should be able to heal as a Moonkin?
Druids are disgustingly unbalanced and are a reward in and of themselves. And before you start crying about how you need 9 different sets of gear, Naxx takes 3 hours and two classes use leather. Don't be ridiculous.
Fact is fact:
You need penalized for being to be able to heal as well as a tree does. Especially since it gives you unbelievable armor advantages.......
May 26th 2009 10:18AM Whoa....what?
Viable in PVP? They dominate arenas and probably the most annoying class in WoW. They need nothing. And Banish is terrible on them now. If anything NERF TREES in PVP.
May 26th 2009 9:26AM Yeah, because a class that is four classes in one should have no penalties for being able to do any particular task exceedingly well. /facepalm
I do agree that the ToL graphic needs redone. I mean, where are your leaves? Leaves suggest life....at least in my temperate climate.
May 21st 2009 4:43PM I would point out that you have to compare a hybrid to a hybrid. And no, Shaman aren't underpowered. They only have one viable tree for PVP, really. I see no issue doing the same with a Pally.
That's my point. They aren't UP. They are how they should be. It's like the Shadow Priest.
You're not PVP viable? OK, go discipline. That's all.
May 21st 2009 4:32PM Seriously, how about this:
Any dps class/spec that has Judgement of Light doing 2700 HPS while doing 5000 DPS should not be doing much more damage than PROT currently does. Which may seem harsh, but it's just obscene that you have to kill a Ret Pally twice and they hit like mack trucks if they get close to you.
Plate wearing healer classes shouldn't do much damage in their damage spec. Sorry. If you want to be truly viable, ask for Ret form that prevents you from Judging Light or casting Heals. It should probably also give you Forebearance the entire time you have damage causing seals up.
Oh look, you're a warrior now......There's only two other builds that can do damage and heal without any real penalty: Enhancement and Elemental, and they are both waaaaay more of a joke in a BG than a Ret Pally. Which means Ret is OP. However, most of the Pally player base are the same people that were locks in BC and rogues in Vanilla....meaning bad.
Zach, your suggestions are OP.
May 15th 2009 12:52AM rogues need buffed. Makes perfect sense. Like the duckbill platypus.
May 10th 2009 4:27PM I love FFB. I lock mages out of two schools.
Good advice, keep it coming!
Mar 14th 2009 9:41PM I'm a warlock. Not having to cast scorch means your dps will go up. Less time spent casting a crappy spell, less mana burnt on a crappy spell. Any warlock build can provide this to you as well.
You guys get to spam more. Which is what mages do, spam.
Christian, your tears are delicious, please make sure you cry about warlocks in every single AB column you put up.
I think you guys would maybe stop have stuff to cry about if they inserted, perhaps, 3 more spells in each builds rotation?
Aug 22nd 2008 4:42PM Let's all flip out. Really. How beneficial will DS still be?
That's what I'm wondering. If they keep it, is it going to outweigh the benefits of sexy empowered imp?
Will that Glyph of Corruption be worth it for a Destro Lock with Imp. Corr and DS (yes, this is now possible)?
I see lots of stuff worth drooling over.
But still, nothing seems sexier than the 50/0/21 build right now.
If that Corruption glyph stacks with Nightfall, with Everlasting Affliction and Eradication....I'm seeing 2K DPS in whatever the new FSW set is.......and drooling....alot.
