Oct 14th 2011 12:08PM Though another dead city wouldn't be great...I honestly think they need to make it an actual city. What is the harm in it? After all, Roleplayers will use it. And players already have their favorite cities they prefer to go to. Yeah Stormwind is the Alliance capital and I really love the way the city looks. I always enjoyed the look of Darnassus and Exodar...And would LOVE the city of Gilneas. Plus, they are fighting to keep that land theirs...So why not show them taking it back? PLus, if Blizzard would add something special to each capital city...Something you had to go there for...I think it would help keep the flow of those cities. (That could be a number of things...Daily quest, specific items/armor/weapons, that sort of thing)
As for as a housing feature...I think every city should have a housing district....That way the different houses have their own style. (Maybe even houses in Shattrath and Dalaran too) I would also like to see different levels of houses...Huts to lodges to mansions. That sort of thing...But that is just my greedy wish! =)
Oct 3rd 2011 10:42AM Dyes please!!! I would love to be able to separate myself from everyone else...Yes, they managed to rid us of the clown look while leveling- but mating armor sets come matching everyone else. The only distinction is levels, tabards, and the occasional dungeon or random loot armor you take. At least give us players the option to dye the armor we have to wear.
It is something that could easily be applied to Alchemy/Herbalism.
Other than that, I agree that WoW professions need to be more gaging. I thought it was stupid of Blizzard to remove the materials needed to create a basic bonfire. It isn't as though those materials were difficult to get.
Hopefully Blizzard will begin thinking of ways to enhance the game mechanics of our professions. MAybe for once leveling up a profession won't be a long boring grindfest and become something more interactive and fun.
Sep 22nd 2011 6:33PM Mounted combat! Definitely!!! I always thought it should of been added. That and bringing back random chest through out the world = / It made me sad that Blizzard took them out. If the loot sucked, update the loot and make them more rare. >.>
Aug 9th 2011 1:45PM If I may say...Blizzard has a pattern of race, class, race, class, etc. Not to mention...they have said more than once that they plan to introduce another Hero class and have learned a great deal from the Death Knight. A new race is something out of the question...and from what I read and what Blizzard has said, there will NEVER be a neutral faction. Blizzard doesn't want that. (And yes; PVP will become tricky with that) I highly doubt the Pandaren- if added to WoW will be a playable race.
Not only that...but wasn't it something Blizzard had issues with in the past in concerns with their China player base? They have had so many issues with China and WoW- and introducing something that was a joke...and something they hold more dear...would totally cause a LOT of issues. And I don't think Blizzard is ready to get rid of their Chinese player base- after all, if they didn't care about them in the first place- I doubt they would of went through the trouble to "dumb" down the WoW expansions to make it more acceptable for China.
Jun 11th 2011 9:46PM For the One With Nature talent, I do have to agree with you that unless AoTH was a spell gained at level 10, that they should move that talent further down on the tree. (I have noticed that with other classes as well and am unsure why Blizzard has it the way it is.)
On to a disagreement...though BM Hunters pets are increasingly useful...I, as a MM Hunter, depend on my pet quite a lot =P If my pet cannot keep the target preoccupied and hold the threat, then I am not going to make it through the battle very easily.
Dec 18th 2010 11:27AM I would have to disagree big time!!!! You can't fly 'till you're level 60 anyways, by then you've leveled through 1-60 continent and have seen it all pretty much. Flying, in my opinion, doesn't ruin the adventure...but adds to it. To go back through zones when flying brings about a whole new experience. One worth seeing, and if you have gotten the chance to fly in Azeroth...you can really tell Blizzard did a out standing job with each zone. Even in the air you can see details that make the game just as impressive. Flying gives you a whole new outlook to the world, and doesn't ruin the sense of exploration for me!!! Because I am a RPer and enjoy Blizzard's design team, I always will be on foot to see everything I can!!! But Flying allows new views as well as places not accessed on the ground!
Eh, and if you think it ruins it...who says you have to fly? Most of all the continent can be used via ground anyways. No one is forcing you to fly. =P
Dec 6th 2010 6:23PM woot!!!!! I hope I win! =D
Nov 26th 2010 1:53PM I rolled a priestess on the RP server Kirin Tor to check out role play, I was new to it all and was curious as to what it was. Well, from that moment on Kirin Tor became my only server- my love for RP and the friends I made kept me on it for years. Unfortunately, though being ranked as one of the top RP servers a time ago, it became crappy and dead. Luckily, the Horde side of the realm kept me interested for a fair few years before I decided to pack up and switch realms. It was really sad for me because Kirin Tor was my home...a place that I loved and knew, before it changed with time = /
