Nov 11th 2008 8:32PM I like free stuff.
Oct 31st 2008 7:16PM It is not exactly working as intended; it is an unexpected side effect of the change Blizzard made a way back to how dialogue works. It used to be that everyone talked to you, and you then had to click again to buy something, instead of going directly into the barter menu as it does now. For the most part, this wasn't a big loss, as no one really had much to say, but it is apparent Blizzard did not go through and retest this portion of the Scourge Invasion event.
Oct 31st 2008 9:34AM I think the real reason for this change is to prevent people from stocking up on the Blessed Wizard's Oil and Consecrated Sharpening Stones available during this Scourge Invasion. This was, in fact, my plan.
Oct 15th 2008 8:51PM This bug also seems to be affecting mid to high level dwarf rogues on Scarlet Crusade, RP server. In fact, I am going to miss it when they take it out; my character is an archaeologist who would know Draconic for its historical significance.
Sep 7th 2008 8:07AM I wanted to play a furbolg, and I did, using Dartol's Rod of Transformation. The costume is removed when you get hit, but as a hunter, that was at least avoidable.
Sep 4th 2008 12:37PM Battle.net was implemented for the original Diablo, actually. Warcraft II was adapted to it in the Battle.net Version/Expansion.

Is there any lore behind the hearthstone?
No, I don't think so. It's purely a game convenience thing, I'm almost positive.
I recently participated in a discussion about Hearthstones, and I had come to that conclusion, but then someone brought up an in-game example of NPCs using Hearthstones. If you don't fight the band of adventurers in Zul'farak, they eventually teleport away, green casting animation and all. That seems to suggest that hearthstones are more than just game mechanics.
